Devorah Dometrich Herbst, 72, of Dry Ridge, KY was born May 2, 1951 in Covington and died Wednesday, April 17, in Edgewood.
She was the daughter of the late George P. Wear Jr. and Jane Ihring Wear. She was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and deputy with the Grant County Sheriff’s Office.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Paul D. Herbst, of Dry Ridge and two sisters, Marlisa Deaton of Erlanger and Kathy Crowell of Crittenden.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, April 30 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. A Celebration of Her Life will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, followed by interment in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Cancer Research of the donors choice.
