    Alan Glenn Beach, 69, of Owenton, died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018 in Williamstown.

    He was the son of the late John Morton and Daisy May Webster Beach.

    David Thomas Haines, 67, of Williamstown, formerly of Boone County, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018 in Williamstown. 

    He was born Tuesday, Feb. 20, 1951 in Covington and was the son of the late William Henry and Mary Ruth Satterfield Haines.

    Gene Gilbert Rowland, 89, of Williamstown, died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2018 at Grant Center.  

  • Kimberly Montgomery, 48

    Kimberly Woody Montgomery, 48, of Williamstown, died Friday, Sept. 28, 2018 at the University Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. 
    She was born May 6, 1970 in Clarksburg, West Virginia and was the daughter of Sharon Sue Gray Woody and the late George Richard Woody. 
    She was employed by Grant County Board of Education as a food service worker at the Dry Ridge Elementary School.  She was also a consultant for Mary Kay cosmetics, and at the time of her passing, she became an organ donor. 

  • William Fields, 90

    William Harrison Fields, 90, widower of Carrie Fields, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018 at Gallatin Health Care in Warsaw. 
    He was born March 14, 1928 in Laurel County and was the son of the late Emery and Maud Johnson Fields.
    He was united in marriage in 1947 to the former Carrie Templeton.

  • Geneva Hisel. 92

    Geneva Dawalt Hisel, 92, of Dry Ridge, died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Grant County. 
    Survivors include a son, Robert R. Hisel, Jr. of Newport; daughters, Carol Ann Musgrave and Belinda Sue True, both of Dry Ridge; twin sister, Jean Ruby of Dry Ridge; a sister, Norma Lawrence of Florence; six grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
    Funeral services were held Sept. 30 at the Knoxville Baptist Church. 
    Burial was in the Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.

  • Sylvia Conrad, 92

    Sylvia Kyle Conrad, 92, of Dry Ridge, died Friday, Sept. 28, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Grant County. 
    Survivors include a son, Mark Kyle of Carrollton; a daughter, Mona Ammerman of Dry Ridge; five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. 
    Funeral services were held Oct. 2 at the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home in Dry Ridge. 
    Burial was in the Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.

  • Patricia Jenkins, 81

    Patricia Lou Belcher Jenkins, 81, died Friday, Sept. 28, 2018 at her residence in LaGrange, Kentucky.
    She was a retired restaurant cashier for several restaurants and was a member of First Baptist Church of Winter Haven, Florida.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold West Jenkins in 2012.
