For seven seasons, Katelynn Bachman and Tara Mefford were integral parts in the success of the Williamstown High School volleyball team and recently their hard work and dedication paid off as both were named to the All-District Team.

"It is very rewarding after putting in so much time and effort," Bachman said of the honor.

For Mefford, the distinction was the first of her high school career.

"I was excited to get it and it is a good way to bring an end to my season," she said.

Coach Kelli Lee said both players were deserving of the award.
