I never gave much thought to my toothbrush before.
Every morning and night when I go to brush my teeth, it’s always sitting in the ceramic floral cup on the left hand side of my vanity next to the hand soap.
Others may keep items like this on the right side of the vanity but since my husband and I are both lefties, we probably do things backwards.
My dentist always gives me a new toothbrush when I go in for my six-month checkup.

However, you want to label it, there is no doubt that the Senate Bill 151 was a misfire for Gov. Steve Beshear, Sen. Damon Thayer and expanded gaming supporters.

Once again, voters will not get to decide whether they do or do not want casinos in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

To me, it was a travesty, another idiotic display of how playing politics is more important than giving the people a say on important issues that impact our state.

The issue is fairly simple in my mind.

Those five words are tough for any parent to hear, not only because we don’t want our kids to be sick, but also because we know how illness can disrupt our family life. Every child reacts differently when he or she is ill so it can be hard to determine just how poorly he or she feels.

The City of Williamstown is looking for some volunteers who are willing to role up their sleeves and get dirty for kids.
The city was awarded a $20,000 KaBOOM Playful City USA grant to install new playground equipment.
The grant comes in the form of $10,000 from KaBOOM and the other $10,000 coming from matching funds from the community. The Williamstown Kiwanis have pledged $5,000 to the project if the city can raise the remainder of the money.
