    Chief Rick Kells charged Ashley D. Keel, 23, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking under $500, at 3:10 p.m. Oct. 1 on Ferguson Boulevard.

    Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 2:29 p.m. Oct. 2 on Warsaw Road. The driver involved was Lori Mullins, 29, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2004 Ford.
