  • INDICTMENTS

    The grand jury, which met Nov. 20, returned indictments against 10 people.
    The indictment of a person by a grand jury is an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
    Those indicted were:
    • Bridgette A. Smith, 25, possession of a controlled substance first degree second or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Michelle L. Miller, 36, possession of a controlled substance first degree second or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Dry Ridge

    Chief Rick Kells executed multiple warrants for Joshua A. Farmer, 23, of Dry Ridge, for failure to appear, at 12:15 p.m. July 22 on Blackburn Drive. Farmer was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
