    Chief Rick Kells executed a warrant for Brandon W. Chappell, 26, of Dry Ridge, for flagrant non-support, at 9:20 a.m. Oct. 9 on KY 22. Chappell was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

    Kentucky State Police charged Michael Pope, 26, of Williamstown, with alcohol intoxication, at 10:34 p.m. Oct. 4 on Golds Valley Road.
    Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Edward D. Haynes, 50, of Dry Ridge, at 7:17 p.m. Oct. 5 on Reeves Road. Haynes was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

    Court Security Officer Wanda Bedard cited Antonio L. Tribuani, 22, of Dry Ridge, with failure to appear, at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 11 on S. Main Street. Tribuani was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
    Det. Scott Conrad cited Robyn L. Fischesser, 37, of Dry Ridge, with theft by deception under $10,000, at 3:04 p.m. Sept. 12 on Barnes Road.

  • AUGUST INDICTMENTS

    The grand jury met Sept. 13 and returned indictments against 24 people.
    The indictment of a person by a grand jury is an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
    Those indicted were:
    • Christopher Shane Williams, 23, theft of identity, operating on a suspended/revoked license, license to be in possession, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and being a persistent felony offender.

    Chief Rick Kells charged Brian Patrick Rountree, 35, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking under $500 shoplifting, at noon Sept. 17 on Ferguson Boulevard.
    Officer Brad Morris investigated an accident at 6:58 p.m. Sept. 4 on Taft Highway. The drivers involved were an unknown hit-and-run and Jeremy K. Schinck, 41, of Williamstown, driving a 2012 Toyota.

Chaney, 46, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking under $500 (shoplifting) and possession of a controlled substance first-degree first offense (methamphetamine), at 3:32 p.m. Aug. 27 on Ferguson Boulevard. Chaney was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

    Officer Brad Morris executed multiple warrants for Bentley William Ellis, 63, of Dry Ridge, at 12:21 a.m. Aug. 22 on Fashion Ridge Road. Ellis was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
