Dry Ridge

Chief Rick Kells executed a warrant for Derek M. Blades, 18, of Williamstown, for failure to pay fines, at 1p.m. on Sept. 28 on Blackburn Drive. Blades was also charged with theft by unlawful taking and a pre-trial diversion  violation. Blades was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
