    An indictment means there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed; guilt or innocence is established later through the trial process.
    Those indicted were:
    • Brandon M. Poe, 24, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal, disregarding traffic control device and failure to notify the Department of Transportation of address change.
