    Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 9:52 a.m. Feb. 18 on Broadway Street. The drivers involved were Robert B. Keesling, 51, of Lancaster, driving a 2005 Peterbilt and Sheliah M. Cull, 38, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2002 Hyundai.

    Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 11:48 a.m. Jan. 27 on Taft Highway. The drivers involved were Howard D. Brice, 53, of Eufaula, Ala., driving a 2010 International and Kasey L. Thompson, 27, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2001 Toyota.

  • Indictments 2-4-10

    The grand jury, which met Dec. 9, returned indictments against seven people.

    An indictment means there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed; guilt or innocence is established later through the trial procedure.

    Those indicted were:

    • Billy B. Jump, 26, criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree.

    Grant County Sheriff's Office

    Deputy Scott Conrad charged a 16-year-old Dry Ridge juvenile with possession of marijuana, at 8 p.m. Jan. 18 on Blackburn Lane. The juvenile was released to a parent.

    Sgt. Dennis Switzer executed a Kenton County warrant for Leo V. Faust, 19, of Crittenden, at 4:55 p.m. Jan. 19. Faust was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
