    The indictment of a person by a grand jury is an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. 

    Those indicted were: 

    • Dustin M. Franks, 20, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree first offense, receiving stolen property with a value over $500 but less than $10,000, possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and being a persistent felony offender.
