    Grant County Sheriff's Office

    Deputy Scott Conrad charged Mark T. Hill, 36, of Crittenden, with assault fourth degree at 2:35 a.m. June 1 on Barley Circle. Hill was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

    Deputy Scott Conrad executed two warrants for Dusty R. Wilson at 5:21 a.m. June 1 on Cherry Hill Drive. Wilson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

    Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 11:46 a.m. May 26 on N. Main Street. The drivers involved were Lindsey A. Carroll, 26, of Florence, driving a 1998 Toyota and Keisha Whiteker Delaney, 36, of Corinth, driving a 2004 Chevrolet.

    Dry Ridge Police Department investigated an accident involving an out of county resident.

    Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 2:42 p.m. May 12 on Arnie Risen Boulevard. The driver involved was John E. Haney, 50, of Corinth, driving a 2006 Dodge, which hit a parked 2007 school bus.

  • Indictments

    The grand jury, which met May 5, returned indictments against 10 people.

    An indictment means there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed; guilt or innocence is established later through the trial procedure.

    Those indicted were:

    • David S. Johnson, 31, possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense and persistent felony offender, second degree.
