A Honor Roll

The Grant County High Schools Army JROTC Raider Team competed at Southern Magnet High School in Louisville against 23 other high schools that entered two Raider teams each for a total of 46 competing Raider Teams made up of 460 JROTC cadets. These JROTC teams came from Tennessee, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio which made the competition extremely tough. There were two National Championship teams there.

Alec Dalton is the Williamstown High School Youth Performance Award winner for September.
He is a senior at WHS and is the son of Sonya and Brian Linder and Greg and April Dalton.

Extra-curricular activities: I am involved in band. I am currently a member of the trumpet section and have been apart of the state runner-up the last two years. I’m also involved in the National Honor Society, baseball, Key club and S.W.A.T (Students With A Testimony)

Community involvement: I am an active member of my churches mission trips and church work.
