    What a year it was in real estate!  With interest rates at an all time low, special loan programs developed to help buyers with credit challenges and plentiful inventory - it looks like there was something for everyone out there last year.  
    According to the Northern Ky. Multiple Listing Service, sales statistics show that during 2012 there were 174 single family homes sold in Grant County.  That’s up from 2011 totals, which showed 159 single family homes sold.
