Body Works aims to change customers one by one

Born and raised in Lexington, Justin Baker has lived in Grant County for about 12 years.
He was introduced to weightlifting and training while playing sports as a child.

His interest grew as a student at the University of Kentucky where he met a friend who was into personal training.
