    • 2 (75.8 ounce) cans of great northern beans, rinsed and drained
    • 7 (74.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
    • 7 (74 ounce) can low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth
    • 4 cups kale, torn into small pieces
    • 7 tablespoon lemon juice
    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Member Marleen McComas said they’ve been losing members each year due and recruiting has been difficult.

  • Downtown Williamstown was filled with people Oct. 5 as The Gallery Coffee Shop sponsored a live standup comedy fundraiser for the Free Lunch Kitchen.
    During the day, prior to the show, The Gallery hosted an art exhibit that featured the art of local past and present artists.

  • Corn Pudding

    2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
    4 tablespoons flour
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tablespoon margarine, melted
    2 cups fat free milk

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    2. Grease 1 ½ quart baking dish.
    3. Mix corn, flour, sugar and salt together in a large bowl.
    4. Combine well-beaten eggs, melted margarine and milk.
    5. Pour into corn mixture and stir to mix.
    6. Pour into prepared baking dish.

  • As I sit here and prayerfully petition the Lord what to write to you, there is one question in the Word that is clear in which, He is leading my heart too. The question can be found as spoken by the prophet Elijah to the so-called prophets of that false god Baal.
    Elijah yells to the top of his lungs from Mount Carmel, “How long halt ye between two opinions? If the Lord be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him.”
