    • New Year corporate fast.  This will be the first day of each month for 2013. There will be a meeting at 6:30 p.m. on the first day of the month at the church to pray together and break bread.

    I recently had the privilege of officiating a funeral for my cousin.  He died quite quickly after being diagnosed with brain cancer.  It certainly is a tough reality for his wife, children, grandchildren and friends.  What came out of the time I spent with them at the funeral was an overwhelming description of how much he loved his family.
