Have overdue books or worried about your library fines?
The Grant County Public Library is hoping to give patrons a break in February as tax checks roll in.
For those who have returned all their books in good condition and who only have fines left on their accounts, the library is willing to waive 25 percent of the fines this month.
The patron will only have to pay the remaining 75 percent. The discount does not apply to lost or damaged materials since the library does have to pay to replace those items.
