Despite the fact his last high school basketball game was three decades ago, Steve Howe can remember vividly plays and scores like the games were yesterday.

During the 1978-79 season, Howe and his Grant County High School boys basketball teammates took the state by storm, reeling off a 34-2 record, winning the regional tournament and earning a spot in the top 10 polls.
