Josh and Sarah Walton of Dry Ridge would like to announce the birth of their first child. Phoenix Todd Walton was born at 9:16 a.m. on July 21 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood.  He weighed six pounds and 10.6 ounces and was 19 inches long.
