Summer food service program available throughout county

The Grant County Food Service Program is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided at the sites and times as follows:

• Grant County High School cafeteria - 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The program began June 1 and will run through June 17; (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) at 715 Warsaw Road in Dry Ridge.

• Williamstown Independent Elementary cafeteria - 8 to 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to12:30 p.m. June 13 through Aug. 5; (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), at 300 Helton Road in Williamstown.

• Meadow View Circle - noon  to 1 p.m. June 8 through July 20 (Wednesday’s only) at 300 Meadow View Circle in Dry Ridge.

• Corinth Park  - noon to 1 p.m. July 5 through July 8 at Corinth Park, Community Drive in Corinth.

Closed Sites; Enrolled Sites and Camps
Meals will be provided to all eligible children free of charge. To be eligible to receive free meals at a residential or non-residential camp, children must meet the income guidelines for reduced-price meals in the National School Lunch Program. Children who are part of households that receive foods stamps, or benefits under the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR), or Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) are automatically eligible to receive free meals.

Meals will be provided at the sites and times as follows:
• Williamstown United Methodist Church - 8:30 to 9 a.m. June 20-24 at 206 Paris Street in Williamstown.
• Little Dippers – 8 to 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 21 through June 23 at Grant County Park on U.S. 25 in Crittenden.
• Summer Splash  - 8 to 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. July 11 through July 15 at Grant County Park on U.S. 25 in Crittenden.
• Dry Ridge Kinder Camp  - 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Aug. 2, 3, 4 at 275 School Road in Dry Ridge.
• Dry Ridge Salvation Army Camp – 8 to 8:30 a.m. July 21 at 275 School Road in Dry Ridge.
• Grant County Middle School Camp Braves – 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Aug. 2 at 305 School Road in Dry Ridge.
• Grant County 4-H – 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Aug. 6 at the Grant County Extension Office at 105 Baton Rouge Road in Williamstown.
• Mason Corinth Elementary – 8 to 8:30 a.m. June 21at 225 Heekin Road in Williamstown.
• Dry Ridge Elementary – 8 to 8:30 a.m.  June 21 at 275 School Road in Dry Ridge.
• Grant County Public Library – 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 7 through July21 (Tuesdays and Thursdays) at 201 Barnes Road in Williamstown.
• Grant County High School Band Camp – noon to 1 p.m. July 18 through July 29 (Monday through Friday) at 715 Warsaw Road in Dry Ridge.
• Middle School Summer Strong – 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. running through July 21 (Tuesdays and Thursdays, excluding July 5 and July 7) at 305 School Road in Dry Ridge.
