A Dry Ridge man is in jail after allegedly shooting a woman in Pendleton County.
The incident occurred at 12:37 a.m. on Feb. 27 on Kells Road.
The call came in as a fight in progress and when troopers from Kentucky State Police Post 6 arrived at the home they found Sharli Bowman, 30, had been shot. The wound was non-life threatening.
Bowman was transported by ambulance to St. Elizabeth Grant County where she was later flown by helicopter to University Hospital in Cincinnati.
