Smallwood inducted into Union College Business Hall of Fame

Terry Smallwood, of Lexington, vice president – investment officer of Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC of Lexington graduated from Union College with a degree in accounting and business. Since then, he has been putting that degree to work, making himself one of the top financial advisors with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC.

Since 2011,  Smallwood has been ranked in the top 25 percent of financial advisors for the company, and also has been named vice president-investment officer and premier advisor in 2011.

The Premier Advisors designation is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors and reflects a high level of professional achievement based on many factors including production.

Smallwood was inducted into the Union College “Business and Professional” Hall of Fame on Oct. 27. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Smallwood served as vice president of finance for Transco Coal Company. He is also active in his community, volunteering for 15 years with the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Kentucky/Southern Indiana Chapter.  
In addition Smallwood is an active member in his local church, serving 20 years with the First Christian Church of London and 10 years with Central Christian Church in Lexington.
