Monica Howe, Broker/Associate with RE/MAX Affiliates, Inc. has won the RE/MAX 100 percent Club Award for 2012.  This award is presented to top selling agents according to sales volume.  “Monica had an outstanding volume of sales in 2012, and we are very proud to present this prestigious award to her again this year,” said Kent Dailey, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Affiliates, Inc.  “Monica is a dedicated, full-time agent, and she provides outstanding customer service to her clients, which contributes to her success.”

Howe has been with RE/MAX Affiliates in Florence since 2008.  She earned her broker’s license in that same year. “Earning my broker’s license has provided me with opportunities and options that would not have been possible with just an associate’s license.  I love learning as much as I can about my profession and how to better serve my clients,” said Howe.  “I earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2011, and I really feel that those classes have helped take my career to the next level”.  Howe says that living by the Golden Rule is one of the cornerstones to her success.  “I try to treat people the way I want to be treated,” says Howe.  “Most people only buy and sell a home a couple of times in a lifetime.  The process can be very stressful and confusing.  I try to be a good communicator and make sure my clients understand the process and have as smooth a transaction as possible.”

That seems to have worked for Howe.  She sold over $2.8 million worth of residential real estate in Grant County during 2012.  “My business is typically pretty even between working with buyers and sellers.  Earning the Certified Residential Specialist designation has helped me provide better service to my sellers.  I also became a Kentucky Housing Certified agent, which has given me valuable information to be able to pass along to my buyers to help them secure financing,” said Howe.  “I’m proud to receive the RE/MAX 100 percent Club Award again”, said Howe.  “To me, it means that I’ve worked hard for my clients and to win an award for that is awesome!”
Howe resides with her husband Steve, in Dry Ridge.
