The Grant County Unit of the Salvation Army will bring out the red kettle from 6 a.m. to noon on Friday, Nov. 28 at Wal-Mart in Dry Ridge.

In December, volunteers will be setting up from 4 to 9 p.m. on Friday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

“I’m anxious to see how our collections will go this year, with everyone struggling and with the economy,” said Dick Austin,

Anyone wanting to volunteer to be a bell ringer should call Lanette Whalen at 824-3040.
