Rain cancels Horse Heritage

Heavy rains late last week forced the Horse Heritage Days organizers to cancel the event.

“It was too wet to have horses out in a show ring, even though Sunday was beautiful, it was still too wet to have the horse events,” said Grant County Fair Board Tena Webster.

The tractor pull scheduled for Sept. 24 has been re-scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 15 at the Northern Kentucky Fairgrounds on Baton Rouge Road in Williamstown. Admission is $10.
