A while back I caught myself praying for a miracle that I am almost certain God had to chuckle when He heard me pray it. I had stopped off at a local fast food place and gotten me two double cheeseburgers, a large order of fries and two apple pies (hey, they were only a dollar.) After I pulled out of the drive thru and was about to eat, I lowered my head (with an eye still on the road) and then I prayed, “Lord thank you for this food and bless it to the nourishment of my body.” Now there was not one thing even close to being nourishing about that meal.
