Grant County Sheriff’s Office
Deputy Bobby Webb executed a warrant for Christopher Manning, 24, of Dry Ridge, for probation violation, at 11:15 a.m. Aug. 28 on Barnes Road. Manning was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Mike Wright executed a warrant for Justin Malott, 21, of Williamstown, for probation violation, at 4:20 p.m. Aug. 28 on Barnes Road. Malott was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Scott Conrad executed a warrant for Anna M. Harp, 58, of Dry Ridge, for contempt of court, at 8:21 a.m. Aug. 29 on Dry Ridge-Mt. Zion Road. Harp was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Tony Stigers charged Cinnamon A. Mahoney, 35, of Dry Ridge, with disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, at 2:47 p.m. Sept. 1 on McCoy Road. Mahoney was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Scott Conrad investigated an accident at 1:04 p.m. Aug. 21 on Rogers Road. The drivers involved were Kenneth G. Gentry, 28, of Crittenden, driving a 1991 Chevrolet and Christopher P. Hudgins, 48, of Crittenden, driving a 1996 Chevrolet.
Deputy Mike Wright investigated an accident at 5:42 p.m. Aug. 21 on Taft Highway. The driver involved was a juvenile, of Williamstown, driving a 2001 Ford.
Deputy Scott Conrad investigated an accident at 6:22 a.m. Aug. 22 on Taft Highway. The drivers involved were an unknown hit-and-run and Michael J. Ireland, 41, of Williamstown, driving a 1999 Ford.
Deputy Tony Stigers investigated an accident at 3:43 p.m. Aug. 25 on Warsaw Road. The driver involved was Donald R. Smith, 48, of Williamstown, driving a 2006 Buick.
Deputy Scott Conrad investigated an accident at 1:31 p.m. Aug. 27 on Cynthiana Road. The driver involved was Nathalie N. McComas, 25, of Williamstown, driving a 2002 Jeep.
Deputy Mike Wright investigated an accident at 3:56 p.m. Aug. 27 on Arbors Drive. The driver involved was an unknown-hit-and-run and a parked vehicle owned by Elizabeth Chamberlin, of Dry Ridge.
Deputy Mike Wright investigated an accident at 5:23 p.m. Aug. 29 on Blair Road. The driver involved was Tony J. Mount, 40, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1999 Freightliner.
Sgt. Brian Maines investigated an accident at 6:45 p.m. Aug. 29 on Stewartsville Road. The driver involved was Sally M. Edwards, of Williamstown, driving a 2007 Chrysler.
The sheriff’s office served 63 summons/subpoenas, served 55 hours in court, executed three emergency protective orders, investigated four accidents involving out-of-county residents, executed four warrants involving out-of-county residents and drove 1,600 miles transporting prisoners.
Kentucky
State Police
Kentucky State Police charged Jesse W. Johnson, 22, of Dry Ridge, with terroristic threatening third degree, at 2:27 a.m. Aug. 27 on Gardnersville Road. Johnson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Clyde Platt, 62, of Crittenden, at 5:14 p.m. Aug. 27 on Kyley Lane. Platt was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Ross Barrett, 48, of Crittenden, at 6:41 p.m. Aug. 28 on Kyley Lane. Barrett was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged Alicia D. Aulick, 31, of Demossville, with careless driving, no insurance first degree, failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change, possession of an open container, at 11:22 p.m. Aug. 28 on US 27. Aulick was turned over to transportation officer.
Kentucky State Police executed multiple warrants for Dawn Davis, 42, of Dry Ridge, for theft by unlawful taking, at 4:22 p.m. Aug. 29 on Violet Road. Davis was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for William Nichols, 23, of Dry Ridge, at 10:54 p.m. Aug. 29 on Warsaw Road. Nichols was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged William Partin, 50, of Dry Ridge, with custodial interference, at 12:06 p.m. Sept. 1 on Theresa Lane. Partin was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Brandon Waters, 26, of Dry Ridge, at 7:57 p.m. Sept. 1 on Warsaw Road. Waters was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Williamstown
Officer Brad Morris executed a Boone County warrant for Krystal S. Gibson, 26, of Williamstown, for theft by unlawful taking, at 2:53 p.m. Aug. 26 on Hampshire Drive. Gibson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Brad Morris executed multiple warrants for Vernon R. Fannon, 22, of Dry Ridge, for operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of a controlled substance and failure of owner to maintain required insurance, at 12:49 a.m. Aug. 28 on McCoy Drive. Fannon was also charged with alcohol intoxication and disorderly conduct second degree. Fannon was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer David Osborne charged Tyler J. Carr, 22, of Williamstown, with assault in fourth degree, at 11:10 p.m. Aug. 29 on Humes Ridge Road. Carr was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Brad Morris executed a Boone County warrant for Reuben T. Mattingly, 43, of Williamstown, at 9:09 p.m. Sept. 1 on Kelly Avenue. Mattingly was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Matt Boshears executed multiple warrants for Melinda J. Woods, 31, of Williamstown, at 3:15 p.m. Sept. 1 on Arrowhead Drive. Woods was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Brad Morris charged Rhona J. Cook, 40, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking, at 7:58 p.m. Sept. 2 on Ferguson Boulevard. Cook was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Brad Morris cited Amber L. Caldwell, 21, of Williamstown, with operating a motor vehicle with expired operators license, at 3:13 p.m. Sept. 2 on Smith Street.
Officer David Osborne cited Anthony R. Lopata, 22, of Crittenden, with criminal littering, at 1:04 a.m. Sept. 2 on Arnie Risen Boulevard.
The Williamstown Police executed a warrant involving an out-of-county resident and charged an an out-of-county resident with possession of marijuana.
