Dry Ridge
Chief Rick Kells charged Dana A. Webb, 65, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking, at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 25 on Ferguson Boulevard.
Chief Rick Kells executed a warrant for Marlena Yvonne Slone, 25, of Williamstown, for failure to appear, at 12:15 p.m. Jan. 28 on Ferguson Boulevard. Slone was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Chief Rick Kells charged Jessica Sue Wright, 22, of Williamstown, with theft by unlawful taking, at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 30 on Ferguson Boulevard.
Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 12:12 p.m. Feb. 1 on Broadway Street. The drivers involved were Michael A. Moorhead, 23, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2001 Dodge and Mark D. Dionne, 31, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2003 Ford.

 

Grant County Sheriff
Deputy Kevin Burke charged Justin M. Marshall, 25, of Corinth, with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, manufacturing methamphetamine and receiving stolen property, at 12:23 a.m. Jan. 29 on Ambassador Drive. Marshall was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Tony Stigers executed a warrant for Terrie L. Frasuer, 27, of Dry Ridge, for probation violation, at 5:22 p.m. Jan. 29 on Cobblestone Drive. Frasuer was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Tony Stigers executed a warrant for Michael Roberts, 31, of Crittenden, with failure to appear to court, at 5:22 p.m. Jan. 29 on Cobblestone Drive. Roberts was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Brian Maines executed a warrant for Thomas R. Coffman, 37, of Dry Ridge, for probation violation, at 8:20 p.m. Jan. 29 on Fredrica Lane. Coffman was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Tim Slone executed a warrant for Ryan Kinmon, 34, of Dry Ridge, for violation pretrial release, at 10 a.m. Feb. 1 on Barnes Road. Kinmon was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Scott Conrad executed a warrant for Emma M. Wilson, 22, of Crittenden, for criminal trespassing and assault in the fourth degree, at 9:49 a.m. Feb. 1 on Vincent Boulevard. Wilson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Tony Stigers charged James Fretto, 43, of Dry Ridge, with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance and possession of marijuana, at 9:43 p.m. Feb. 3 on Ridge Road. Fretto was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Scott Conrad investigated an accident at 6:10 a.m. Feb. 1 on Interstate 75. The driver involved Phillip J. Long, 38, of Corinth, driving a 2012 Ford.
The sheriff’s office served 70 summons/subpoenas, served 45 hours in court, executed two emergency protective orders, investigated an accidents involving an out-of-county resident, executed three warrants involving out-of-county residents and drove 1,600 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Michael Wilhoite, 35, of Crittenden, at 10:52 p.m. Jan. 29 on Case Lane. Wilhoite was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Kalub Mills, 26, of Crittenden, at 5:04 p.m. Jan. 30 on Barnes Road. Mills was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged James E. Cook, 31, of Dry Ridge, with manufacturing methamphetamine first offense, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense, trafficking in a controlled substance first degree, first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia controlled substance and child endangerment in the fourth degree, at 12:56 a.m. Feb. 4 on Ridge Road. Cook was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Trooper Josh Whitton investigated an accident at 9:06 p.m. Jan. 31 on Dixie Highway. The drivers involved were Corey Kearns, 20, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1996 Toyota and Windford Treadway, 34, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2006 Ford.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 10:25 a.m. Feb. 1 on Owenton Road. The driver involved was Steven Robinson, 18, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1995 Dodge.
Trooper Ronald Gilbert investigated an accident at 4:51 p.m. Feb. 1 on Ferguson Boulevard. The drivers involved were Carol Garrison, 48, of Williamstown, driving a 2003 Toyota and Perry Lewis, 59, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2003 Ford.
Trooper Josh Whitton investigated an accident at 7:31 p.m. Feb. 1 on Interstate 75. The drivers involved were Michael McHugh, 37, of Dry Ridge, driving a 20002 Volkswagen and Christine Murray, 28, of Lexington, driving a 2003 Suzuki. McHugh was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance third degree, excessive window tint and careless driving. McHugh was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Brian Guilsoyle investigated an accident at 9:53 p.m. Feb. 1 on Crittenden-Mt. Zion Road. The drivers involved were Shawnee Hester, 20, of Ludowici, Ga., driving a 1998 Dodge and Bobby Simpson, 39, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2005 Saturn.
Trooper Josh Whitton investigated an accident at 11:56 p.m. Feb. 2 on Cherokee Trail. The driver involved was Christa Freed, 42, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1998 Oldsmobile. Freed was also charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Freed was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Williamstown
Officer Matt Boshears cited Dustin E. Wolfe, 29, of Williamstown, with speeding and failure to produce insurance card, at 11:30 p.m. Jan. 28 on Arnie Risen Boulevard.
Officer Ron Perkins charged Wilson W. Mariur, 24, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking, at 8:10 p.m. Jan. 29 on Ferguson Boulevard.
Officer Steve Cornman executed a warrant for John R. Willen, 34, of Williamstown, for failure to pay fines, at 3:58 p.m. Jan. 30 on Arrowhead Drive. Willen was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer David Osborne charged Terry L. Upton, 46, of Dry Ridge, with wanton endangerment in the first degree, at 11:24 p.m. Feb. 3 on Assembly Church Road. Upton was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Steve Cornman investigated an accident at 12:17 p.m. Feb. 2 on Baton Rouge Road. The drivers involved were Judson H. Satterwhite, 28, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2000 Chevrolet and Christina M. Souder, 38, of Williamstown, driving a 2006 Ford.
Williamstown Police charged an out-of-county resident with burglary and theft by unlawful taking and executed a warrant involving an out-of-county resident.
