Dry Ridge
Chief Rick Kells executed a Kenton County warrant for Danielle S. Ratay, 32, of Dry Ridge, for failure to appear, at 12:35 a.m. Feb. 14 Dixie Highway.
Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 10:13 a.m. Feb. 11 on S. Main Street. The drivers involved were Mary E. Trinkle, 49, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2005 Toyota and Shawn A. Boulware, 36, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2002 Chrysler.
Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 2:33 p.m. Feb. 13 on Dry Ridge-Mt. Zion Road. The drivers involved were John B. Lindsey, 24, of Crittenden, driving a 2008 Freightliner and Kenneth Ball, 31, of Williamstown, driving a 2012 Dodge.
Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 12:12 p.m. Feb. 14 on Broadway Street. The drivers involved were Ronald H. Gilbert, 60, of Crittenden, driving a 2002 Dodge and a juvenile, driving a 2005 Chevrolet.
Dry Ridge Police executed a warrant for an out-of-county resident.

Grant County Sheriff
Deputy Scott Conrad executed a warrant for Aaron R. Cook, 24, of Dry Ridge, for two counts of failure to appear in court, at 8:53 a.m. Feb. 18 on North Fork Drive. Cook was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Scott Conrad executed a warrant for Maliki Abney, 20, of Williamstown, for theft by unlawful taking, at 9 a.m. Feb. 19 on Barnes Road. Abney was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Tony Stigers charged Arron A. Monhollen, 30, of Williamstown, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended drivers license, failure to use child restraint and wanton endangerment, at 6:54 p.m. Feb. 23 on Blackburn Drive. Monhollen was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Tony Stigers charged Ryan N. True, 36, of Dry Ridge, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and reckless driving, at 7:33 p.m. Feb. 24 on Dry Ridge-Mt. Zion Road. True was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Lee Jacobs investigated an accident at 8 a.m. Feb. 12 on Warsaw Road. The drivers involved were an unknown hit-and-run and a parked vehicle.
Deputy Lee Jacobs investigated an accident at 3:30 p.m. Feb. 12 on Warsaw Road. The driver involved was Gary A. Hutchinson, 58, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2013 International and a parked vehicle.
Deputy Scott Conrad investigated an accident at 9:59 a.m. Feb. 15 on Dixie Highway. The driver involved was Lee R. Morgan, 26, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1998 Ford.
Deputy Andy Reeves investigated an accident at 11:32 a.m. Feb. 19 on Crittenden-Mt. Zion Road. The driver involved was Christie L. Gamble, 21, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2003 Honda.
The sheriff’s office served 63 summons/subpoenas, served 55 hours in court, executed three emergency protective orders, executed three warrants involving out-of-county residents and drove 450 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police
Kentucky State Police executed multiple warrants for Tina M. Riley, 22, of Crittenden, at 2:27 a.m. Feb. 17 on Rogers Road. Riley was turned over to transportation officer.
Kentucky State Police charged Melissa K. Barker, 40, of Crittenden, with no seat belt, no insurance, failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change and driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, at 4:21 p.m. Feb. 20 on Blackburn Drive. Barker was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Amanda Draper, 30, of Williamstown, at 11:15 a.m. Feb. 21 on E. Fairview Road. Draper was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Donald R. McDaniel, 66, of Williamstown, at 4:47 p.m. Feb. 22 on Barnes Road. McDaniel was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged Johnathan Estep, 22, of Crittenden, with shoplifting, at 6 p.m., Feb. 23 on Ferguson Boulevard. Estep was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Trooper Jack Gabriel investigated an accident at 12:07 p.m. Feb. 20 on Dixie Highway. The driver involved was Rebecca D. Taylor, 55, of Crittenden, driving a 2009 Ford.
Trooper Brian Guilsoyle investigated an accident at 7 p.m. Feb. 24 on Milo Court. The driver involved was Carrie Golden, 23, of Crittenden, driving a 1997 Pontiac.

 

Williamstown
Officer Brad Morris cited Jerrika Russel, of Williamstown, with expired registration plates, no tail lamps and no operator’s license, at 9:41 p.m. Feb. 17 on N. Main Street.
Officer Steve Cornman executed a warrant for John R. Willen, 34, of Williamstown, for theft of services from the City of Williamstown, at 4:38 p.m. Feb. 20 on Barnes Road.
Officer Brad Morris executed multiple warrants from Boone and Kenton counties for Kurtis Ely-Thacker, 22, of Williamstown, at 10:28 p.m. Feb. 21 on Harbor Court. Ely-Thacker was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Steve Cornman executed a warrant for Dustin K. Orr, 18, of Dry Ridge, for failure to appear, at 4:35 p.m. Feb. 22 on N. Main Street. Orr was also cited for disregarding a traffic control device. Orr was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Matt Boshears cited Lance M. Campbell, 20, of Crittenden, for speeding, at 8:48 p.m. Feb. 24on Arnie Risen Boulevard.
Officer Matt Boshears cited Derrick J. King, with expired registration tags and expired registration receipt, at 7 p.m. Feb. 24 on Warsaw Road.
Officer Robert Reed investigated an accident at 7:53 a.m. Feb. 22 on Barnes Road. The drivers involved were Christian G. Lawrence, 32, of Williamstown, driving a 2006 Pontiac and Kathleen Booth, 52, of Burlington, driving a 2011 Ford.
Williamstown Police two out-of-county residents with speeding, failure to produce insurance card, charged an out-of-county resident with alcohol intoxication in a public place and executed a warrant on an out-of-county resident.
