Dry Ridge Police

Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 9:09 a.m. July 26 on Warsaw Road. The drivers involved were Benjamin L. Borth, 30, of Versailles, driving a 2008 Ford and Steven L. Perkins, 60, of Glencoe driving a 2006 Ford.
Chief Rick Kells charged Kay Hall, 43, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking valued less than $300/ shoplifting at 3:15 p.m. July 26 on Ferguson Boulevard.

Grant County Sheriff's Office

Deputy Scott Conrad executed a warrant for James W. Phillips, Jr., 24, of Dry Ridge, for failure to appear, at 8:35 p.m. July 24 on N. Main Street. Phillips was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Andy Reeves executed a warrant for Eric R. Masters, 27, of Williamstown, for failure to appear in court, at 9:34 a.m. July 24 on N. Main Street. Masters was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Andy Reeves executed a warrant for Charles E. McCarthy, 23, of Williamstown, for failure to appear in court, at 9:05 a.m. July 24 on N. Main Street. McCarthy was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Andy Reeves executed two warrants John S. Thomas, 43, of Williamstown, for failure to appear in court, at 10:19 A.m. July 24 on N. Main Street. Thomas was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Andy Reeves investigated an accident at 6:19 a.m. July 25 on Cason Lane. The driver involved was Tiffany Strange, 33, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2003 Toyota.
Deputy Kevin Burke executed two warrants for Shayne R. McRoberts, 19, of Williamstown, for failure to appear in court, at 12:15 a.m. July 27 on N. Main Street. McRoberts was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Kevin Burke executed a warrant for Donald J. Oggy, 30, of Williamstown, for failure to appear in court, at 1 a.m. July 27 on N. Main Street. Oggy was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Bobby Webb executed a warrant for Dennis R. Stecht, 43, of Williamstown, for failure to appear in court, at 10 a.m. July 27 on S.. Main Street. Stecht was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Robert Morgan executed a warrant for James W. Swango, 30, of Williamstown, for failure to appear in court, at 3:30 p.m. July 27 on N. Main Street. Swango was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Terry Osborne executed a warrant for Jarrod W. Michael, 33, of Williamstown, for failure to appear in court, at 3:53 p.m. July 27 on N. Main Street. Michael was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Mike Wright executed a warrant for Christopher Anis, 26, of Williamstown, for escape third degree and two warrants for failure to appear in court at 11:25 p.m. July 28 on N. Main Street. Annis was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
The sheriff’s office served 73 summons/subpoenas, served 55 hours in court, executed one emergency protective order, investigated one accident involving out of county residents, executed five arrest warrants  for out of county residents and drove 1,341 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police

Trooper Charles Haselwood investigated an accident at 3:50 July 24. The drivers involved were an unknown hit-and-run driver and a juvenile, 17, of Demossville, driving a 1994 Honda.
Trooper Jeremy Moore investigated an accident at 10:45 p.m. July 24. The driver involved was Lisa Myers, 47, of Demossville, driving a 2000 Chrysler.
Kentucky State Police charged Lisa Myers, 47, of Demossville, with wanton endangerment first, driving under the influence first aggravated and no insurance first at 12:55 a.m. July 25 on KY 491. Myers was turned over to a transportation officer.
Kentucky State Police charged Niki Matt, 49, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting at 4:43 p.m. July 25 on Ferguson Boulevard. Matt was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged Steven May, Jr., 18, of Williamstown, with theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief second at 3:17 a.m. July 26 on Meadowlark Lane. May was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged Chanda Lawrence, 25, of Dry Ridge, with careless driving, rear plate not illuminated, no insurance, obstructed view, drivng under the influence first and prescription not in proper container at 4:21 a.m. July 27 on I-75.
Kentucky State Police charged Zachary Brueckner, 20, of Joneville, with receiving stolen property firearm and possession of firearm by convicted felon at 3:03 p.m. July 28 on Ellen Kay Drive.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Timothy Wehrman, 33, of Dry Ridge, at 4:02 p.m. July 28 on Reeves Road. Wehrman was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Timothy W. Kannady, 25, of Dry Ridge, at 2:43 a.m. July 29 on Jessica Lane. Kannady was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Trooper Ron Gilbert investigated an accident at 1:32 p.m. July 30 on Taft Highway. The drivers involved were Douglas Soden, 51, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1997 Ford and David Beach, 36, of Corinth, driving a 1999 Chevrolet.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 1:44 p.m. July 31 on Interstate 75. The drivers involved were Carolyn Mullikin, 64, of Williamstown, driving a 2004 Dodge and Russell Fahl, 50, of Lynn, Ind., driving a 2004 Cadillac.

Williamstown Police

Officer David Osborne charged Jessica L. Kinney, 23, of Corinth, with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting valued less than $500.
Williamstown Police Department charged an out of county resident with no rear view mirror, improper equipment and expired registration plates.
