Grant County Sheriff's Office

Deputy Lee Jacobs investigated an accident at 6:20 p.m. on July 24 on N. Main in Crittenden. The drivers involved were April R. Bell, 20, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1994 Nissan, William L. Gross, 29, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1989 Ford and Brandon A. Epperson, 17, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2001 Dodge.

Deputy Kevin Burke investigated an accident at 4:16 p.m. on July 27 on Lebanon Road in Crittenden. The driver involved was Jerry Rigney, 67, of Crittenden, driving a 2001 Harley Davidson.

Sgt. Terry Osborne investigated an accident at 8:25 a.m. on Aug. 1 on Napoleon Zion Station Road. The driver involved was Jonathan H. Kelly, 20, of Crittenden, driving a 2003 Dodge.

Deputy Kevin Burke investigated an accident at 12:45 p.m. on Aug. 1 on Taft Highway. The drivers involved were Daniel Madden, 74, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1993 Ford and Allen Miller, 58, of Cincinnati, driving a 1998 Jeep.

Deputy Neal Ventura executed a Gallatin County warrant for David M. Suire, 37 of Dry Ridge. The arrest occurred at 2 p.m. on Aug. 3 at the Grant County Courthouse. Suire was lodged in the Grant County Detention Center.

The sheriff’s office served 73 summons/subpoenas, spent 12 hours serving in court, investigated five accidents involving out-of-county residents, executed two warrants for out-of-county residents and traveled 142 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police

Kentucky State Police charged Tony Eibeck, 46, of Williamstown, with expired plates, no registration receipt, operating on suspended license, no seatbelt in use and failure to register/transfer. The arrest occurred at 9:18 p.m. on Aug. 6 on Main Street.

Trooper Jason Joseph investigated an accident at 9:01 a.m. on Aug. 5. The driver involved was Phyllis Nemchin, 41, of Demossville, driving a 2004 Chevrolet.

Trooper Steven Robb investigated an accident at 6:18 p.m. on Aug. 7. The driver involved was Steven Bube, 28, of Williamstown, driving a 2001 Saturn.

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 1:31 p.m. on Aug. 9 on Broadway. The drivers involved were Margaret Prewitt, 29, of Williamstown, driving a 2000 Volvo and Todd Wagner, 47, of Granger, Ind., driving a 2008 Ford.

Williamstown Police

Officer Ron Perkins charged Demark L. Melander, 48, of Williamstown, with theft by unlawful taking. The arrest occurred at 3:16 p.m. on Aug. 4 in Dry Ridge.

Officer Brian Flanagan charged Marcus T. Phillips Jr., 18, of Dry Ridge, with failure to produce insurance card at 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 4 on North Main in Williamstown.

Officer Ron Perkins executed a warrant for David M. Suire, 37, of Dry Ridge, with flagrant non-support at 3:46 p.m. on Aug. 4. The warrant was served at the Grant County Detention Center.

Assistant Chief Chris Hankins investigated an accident at 12:08 p.m. on Aug. 4 on North Main in Williamstown. The drivers involved were Michael D. Turner, 28, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1979 Ford and Roy W. Osborne, 36, of Williamstown, driving a 2004 Chevrolet.

Officer Brian Flanagan charged Tiffany S. Feltner, 24, of Corinth, with failure to produce insurance card at 2:30 a.m. on Aug. 8 on Broadway in Dry Ridge.

Williamstown police also issued one citation involving an out of county resident.
