Dry Ridge Police

Chief Rick Kells executed a warrant for Amanda J. Campbell, 23, of Dry Ridge, for failure to appear, at 10:30 a.m. June 29 on Dixie Highway. Campbell was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 2:17 p.m. June 30 on Ferguson Boulevard. The drivers involved were Mary E. Shelton, 49, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2007 Ford and Catherine H. Pillow, 55, of Williamstown, driving a 2007 Toyota.
Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 12:50 p.m. June 30 on Broadway. The drivers involved were a juvenile, 16, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2002 Honda and Brenda S. Afterkirk, 68, of Williamstown, driving a 2006 Toyota.

Grant County Sheriff's Office
Deputy Scott Conrad executed a warrant for Ryan T. Dalton, 20, of Dry Ridge, for alcohol intoxication, at 8:28 p.m. July 1 on Camry Drive. Dalton was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Robert Morgan executed a warrant for Rebekah L. McCann, 19, of Williamstown, for failure to appear in court, at 4:38 pm. July 7 on Denny Road. McCann was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Andy Reeves investigated an accident at 2:23 p.m. July 7 on Broadway. The drivers involved were Joseph Perkins, 61, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1993 Nissan and Robert L. Kirch, 64, of London, driving a 2005 Cadillac.
Deputy Robert Morgan executed a warrant for Chandra A. Lawrence, 19, of Dry Ridge, for three counts of receiving stolen property, at 9:30 p.m. July 7 on Assembly Church Road. Lawrence was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Mike Wright charged James M. Brown, 19, of Dry Ridge, with no registration plate, operating on suspended or revoked license and fleeing or evading police second degree at 12:41 a.m. July 8 on Gouge Drive. Brown was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Mike Wright executed a warrant for Darrell G. Duncan, 19, of Dry Ridge, for disorderly conduct second degree, at 1:35 a.m. July 8 on Gouge Drive. Duncan was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Terry Osborne investigated an accident at 12:50 p.m. July 8 on Fords Mill Road. The driver involved was a juvenile, 17, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1998 Ford.
The sheriff’s office served 50 summons/subpoenas, served 60 hours in court, executed two arrest warrants  for out of county residents and drove 82 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police

Trooper Kyle Reams investigated an accident at 11:39 p.m. July 5 on Dixie Highway. The driver involved was Gerald Rodriquez, 51, of Williamstown, driving a 2000 Dodge.
Kentucky State Police charged Billy Putthoff, 29, of Dry Ridge, with failure to or improper signal, driving under the influence first, failure to produce insurance card and failure to be in possession of operator’s license at 12:47 a.m. July 5 on Interstate 75. Putthoff was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Steven W. Spahn, 38, of Crittenden, for rape, first, at 8:52 a.m. July 6 on Barnes Road. Spahn was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged Danny K. Cooper, 43, of Dry Ridge, with alcohol intoxication at 11:54 p.m. July 6 on Taylor Lane. Cooper was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed two warrants for Lauran Meek, 31, of Dry Ridge, at 1:47 p.m. July 7 on Barnes Road. Meek was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged Angela Taylor, 40, of Crittenden, with driving under the influence, no insurance, disorderly conduct, second, leaving the scene, resisting arrest and criminal mischief, third, at 10:20 p.m. July 7 on Skyway Drive.
Trooper Tim Vinal investigated an accident at 3:20 p.m. July 7 on Broadway. The drivers involved were Jessica Roundtree, 23, of Williamstown, driving a 1994 Oldsmobile and Rita Spencer, 41, of Owenton, driving a 1998 Honda.
Kentucky State Police charged Ryan Niesen, 18, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting at 7:44 p.m. July 9 on Ferguson Boulevard. Niesen was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 8 a.m. July 9 on Dixie Highway. The driver involved was Mark Feltner, 19, of Corinth, driving a 1997 Saturn.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 9:22 a.m. July 9 on Violet Road. The drivers involved were Debra Fitzgerald, 41, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2003 Toyota and Cecil Moore, 57, of Williamstown, driving a 1993 Ford.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 2:14 p.m. July 9 on Broadway. The drivers involved were Princesa M. Kenner, 18, of Corinth, driving a 2006 Chevrolet and Epifanio M. Ramirez, 40, of Florence, driving a 2001 Ford.

Williamstown Police
Officer Steve Cornman charged Justin L. Thomas, 30, of Dry Ridge, with assault fourth degree and violation of domestic violence order at 1:55 a.m. July 5 on Cobblestone Drive. Thomas was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Robert Reed executed a warrant for Steven D. May, 18, of Williamstown, for theft by unlawful taking less than $500 and fleeing/evading second at 11:15 p.m. July 6 on Meadowlark Lane. May was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer David Osborne investigated an accident at 11:40 p.m. July 7 on Bypass Road. The driver involved was a juvenile, 17, of Williamstown, driving a 1998 Chevrolet.
Asst. Chief Chris Hankins investigated an accident at 8 a.m. July 7 on Kimberly Drive. The drivers involved were Lonnie D. Kuhn, 42, of Corinth, driving a 2009 Ford and Carol W. Brock, 55, of Williamstown, driving a 1999 Chevrolet.
Asst. Chief Chris Hankins investigated an accident at 9:51 a.m. July 8 on Cordova Road. The driver involved was Melissa S. Adams, 30, of Williamstown, driving a 2002 Ford.
