Grant County Sheriff's Office

Deputy Tony Stigers charged Anna L. Clinkenbeard, 37, of Williamstown, with alcohol intoxication in a public place, at 1:38 a.m. April 20 on Barnes Road. Clinkenbeard was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Scott Conrad executed a warrant for Michelle M. Campbell, 34, of Dry Ridge, for flagrant non-support, at 9:57 p.m. April 22 on Curry Lane. Campbell was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Tony Stigers executed a warrant for Russell Hatter, 33, of Crittenden, for probation violation and contempt of court, at 11:17 p.m. April 22 on Barley Circle. Hatter was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Tony Stigers charged Jenna R. Claypool, 29, of Dry Ridge, with unlawful distribution of meth precursor, at 12:11 a.m. April 23 on Barley Circle. Claypool was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Tony Stigers charged Austin R. Kidd, 20, of Dry Ridge, with unlawful distribution of meth precursor, at 12:22 a.m. April 23 on Barnes Road. Kidd was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Tony Stigers charged Destiny M. Gordon, 41, of Dry Ridge, with unlawful distribution of meth precursor, at 1:25 a.m. April 23 on Grantland Drive. Gordon was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Dennis Switzer executed a warrant for Anthony J. Taylor, 30, of Williamstown, for failure to appear in court, at 10:45 a.m. April 3 on Barnes Road. Taylor was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Scott Conrad executed a warrant for Billie J. Frost, 35, of Dry Ridge, for two counts of failure to appear in court, at 7:58 p.m. April 24 on Chetalou Drive. Frost was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Scott Conrad executed a warrant for Anthony S. Brown, 37, of Corinth, with flagrant non-support, at 9:25 p.m. April 25 on Owenton Road. Brown was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Lee Jacobs investigated an accident at 3:10 p.m. April 16 on Warsaw Road. The drivers involved were Tharren R. Hart, 18, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1996 Ford and Kaitlyn N. Kinman, 17, of Corinth, driving a 1997 Honda.
Sgt. Brian Maines investigated an accident at 6 p.m. April 24 on Ferguson Boulevard. The drivers involved were Tammy P. Faust, 56, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2008 Kia and Alma G. Mason, 65, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2010 Pontiac.
The sheriff’s office served 46 summons/subpoenas, served 55 hours in court, executed two emergency protective orders, executed four warrants involving out-of-county residents and drove 1,160 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Erik O’Hara, 32, of Corinth, for possession of a controlled substance heroin, at 1:33 p.m. April on Broadway Street. O’Hara was also charged with possession of a controlled substance first offense heroin. O’Hara was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged Jessica L. Kinney, 24, of Corinth, with trafficking in a controlled substance heroin, trafficking in a controlled substance meth, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, at 5 a.m. April 22 on Corinth Road. Kinney was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged David J. Goins, 28, of Corinth, with trafficking in a controlled substance heroin, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, 5 a.m. April 22 on Corinth Road. Goins was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged Tiffany A. Glass, 18, of Crittenden, with alcohol intoxication, at 1:11 a.m. April 24 on Vincent Boulevard. Glass was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed multiple warrants for Brandon S. Williams, 22, of Crittenden, at 3:22 p.m. April 24 on Paris Street. Williams was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Naomi Couch, 31, of Crittenden, at 5:16 p.m. April 25 on Markim Drive. Couch was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
 Kentucky State Police executed multiple warrants for Samantha A. Perkins, 28, of Berry, at 1:43 a.m. April 26 on U.S. 27. Perkins was turned over to transportation officer.
Kentucky State Police charged David B. Thompson, 28, of Berry, with no insurance, driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, no seatbelt, improper turning, reckless driving, possession of an open alcohol beverage container, improper signal and improper lane change, at 3:08 a.m. April 27 on U.S. 27. Thompson was turned over to transportation officer.
Kentucky State Police charged James L. Rybolt, 18, of Corinth, with driving under the influence first offense, at 6:33 p.m. April 27 on Owenton Road. Rybolt was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Trooper Jason Ritter investigated an accident at 11 p.m. April 21 on Warsaw Road. The driver involved was Rodney Howe, 56, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2002 Ford.
Trooper Isaac Waters investigated an accident at 3:32 p.m. April 24 on S. Main Street. The drivers involved were Joshua Carmack, 22, of Crittenden, driving a 2002 Chrysler and Andrew Beutel, 44, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2008 Ford.
Trooper Charles Loudermilk investigated an accident at 9:10 p.m. April 25 on Folsom-Jonesville Road. The driver involved was Raymond Purnell, 49, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1989 Ford. Trooper Loudermilk executed a warrant for Raymond Purnell. Purnell was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Williamstown

Officer David Osborne charged Cassandra F. Courtney, 26, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking under $500, at 11:33 p.m. April 18 on Ferguson Boulevard. Courtney was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Brad Morris charged Brian L. Morrish Jr., 28, of Dry Ridge, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, at 9:31 p.m. April 22 on Curry Lane. Morrish was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Chris Collins executed a warrant for Donnie R. Carmack, 35, of Corinth, for failure to appear, at 11:43 p.m. April 26 on Barnes Road. Carmack was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
 Officer Brad Morris charged Daniel T. Speed, 67, of Williamstown, with driving while license is suspended for driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, at 10 p.m. April 27 on Fairview Road. Speed was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Brad Morris executed a warrant for Jonathan Jackson, 36, of Crittenden, at 2:44 a.m. April 27 on North Fork Road. Jackson was also charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense. Jackson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Brad Morris executed a warrant for Jacqueline S. Perkins, 39, of Crittenden, at 2:44 a.m. April 27 on North Fork Road. Perkins was also charged with possession of a controlled substance. Perkins was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Chris Collins investigated an accident at 5:30 a.m. April 21 on Ferguson Boulevard. The drivers involved were Maya Esther, 43, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2013 Toyota and Lois A. Sowder, 49, of Williamstown, driving a 2005 Dodge.
Williamstown Police investigated a accident involving an out-of-county resident.
