Grant County Sheruff's Office

Deputy Kevin Burke charged Parrish M. Shoemake, 41, of Dry Ridge, with alcohol intoxication in a public place, at 11:57 p.m. April 13 on Lisa Drive. Shoemake was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Deputy Tony Stigers executed a warrant for Tisha R. McIntosh, 25, of Dry Ridge, for manufacturing methamphetamine, trafficking methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, at 2:28 p.m. April 14 on Dixie Highway. McIntosh was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Deputy Mike Wright executed a warrant for David L. Whittle, 18, of Dry Ridge, for contempt of court, at 2:32 p.m. April 15 on Jillian Drive. Whittle was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Sgt. Dennis Switzer executed a warrant for Aaron W. Moore, 19, of Dry Ridge, for possession of a forged instrument, at 2:43 p.m. April 15 on Verona-Mt. Zion Road. Moore was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Deputy Scott Conrad executed a warrant for Ashley N. Code, 20, of Dry Ridge, for possession of a forged instrument, illegal possession of a prescription drug and prescription drugs not in proper container, at 1:52 p.m. April 15 on Verona-Mt. Zion Road. Code was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Deputy Barry Mullins executed a warrant for Ryan J. Draper, 27, of Dry Ridge, for carrying a concealed weapon and contempt of court, at 5:01 p.m. April 17 on Main Street. Draper was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Deputy Barry Mullins executed a Boone County warrant for Christopher S. Williams, 19, of Corinth, at 7:09 p.m. April 17 in the limits of Corinth. Williams was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Deputy Mike Wright charged Bernadette M. Messer, 32, of Dry Ridge, with driving on DUI suspended license, failure to wear seatbelt, failure to register transfer motor vehicle, failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change, and failure to produce insurance card, at 7:38 p.m. April 17 on N. Main Street. Messer was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Deputy Mike Wright charged Christina Cheeks, 21, of Crittenden, with assault in the fourth degree and failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change, at 7:01 p.m. April 18 on Harlan Street. Cheeks was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Deputy Mike Wright charged Douglas Turner, 27, of Crittenden, with assault in the fourth degree and failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change, at 7:01 p.m. April 18 on Harlan Street. Turner was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

The sheriff’s office served 52 summons/subpoenas, served 55 hours in court, investigated an accident involving an out-of-county resident, executed three warrants involving out-of-county residents and drove 1,200 miles transporting prisoners.

 

Kentucky State Police

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for James Caldwell, 45, of Dry Ridge, at 2:39 a.m. April 15 on Dixie Highway. Caldwell was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Sammie J. Kinmain, 45, of Williamstown, at 4:45 a.m. April 15 on Waterworks Road. Kinmain was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Kentucky State Police executed multiple warrants for David A. Nelson, 34, of Dry Ridge, at 11:22 p.m. April 15 on I-275 east. Nelson was lodged at the Campbell County Detention Center. 

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Jenna Claypool, 28, of Dry Ridge, at 2:38 a.m. April 16 on Gouge Drive. Claypool was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Monica J. Weber, 41, of Williamstown, at 10:36 p.m. April 18 on KY 467. Weber was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Jesse Jarvis, 27, of Dry Ridge, at 6:09 p.m. April 19 on Blackburn Drive. Jarvis was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Kentucky State Police charged Robert Ducker, 46, of Berry, with alcohol intoxication, at 7:34 a.m. April 20 on Junction Pike. Ducker was turned over to the transportation officer in Harrison County. 

Trooper Christopher Marcum investigated an accident at 8:35 p.m. April 18 on Interstate 75. The drivers involved were Richard Noel, 55, of Carlisle, Ohio, driving a 2001 Ford and Kimberly Hunter, 44, of Corinth, driving a 2001 Pontiac.
