Chief Rick Kells charged Candice Riess, 55, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting at 9:30 a.m. April 4 on Ferguson Boulevard.
Dry Ridge Police Department charged an out of county resident with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting.
