Dry Ridge
Chief Rick Kells charged Candice Riess, 55, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting at 9:30 a.m. April 4 on Ferguson Boulevard.
Dry Ridge Police Department charged an out of county resident with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting.

Grant County Sheriff's Office
Sgt. Terry Osborne investigated an accident at 2:56 p.m. March 28 on Lebanon Road. The drivers involved were Larry E. Webster, 68, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2010 Dodge and Henry K. Colston, 50, of Crittenden, driving a 1995 Toyota.
Deputy Matt Boshears executed a warrant for Joseph P. Carpenter, 22, of Dry Ridge, for receiving stolen property valued less than $300 and theft by unlawful taking valued more than $300, at 4:02 p.m. April 1 on Barnes Road. Carpenter was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Andy Reeves investigated an accident at 1:36 p.m. April 5 on Warsaw Road. The drivers involved were George R. Kalbfleisch, Jr., 51, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2008 Honda and John F. Brockman, Jr., 36, of Vevay, Ind., driving a 1995 Nissan.
Sgt. Terry Osborne charged Rae Duncan, 37, of Dry Ridge, with assault fourth degree at 8:39 p.m. April 5 on Gouge Drive. Duncan was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Terry Osborne investigated an accident at 5:21 p.m. April 7 on S. Main Street. The drivers involved were a juvenile, 17, of California, Ky., and Dewey E. Schlueter, 30, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1992 Toyota.
Deputy Mike Wright investigated an accident at 11:59 p.m. April 7 on Cordova Road. The driver involved was Zachary L. Arnold, 27, of Williamstown, driving a 2006 Ford.
Deputy Mike Wright executed a warrant for David E. Robinson, 45, of Dry Ridge, for probation violation, at 2:05 p.m. April 9 on Taylor Lane.
The sheriff’s office served 68 summons/subpoenas, served 55 hours in court, investigated five accidents involving out of county residents, executed three arrests/warrants for out of county residents and drove 315 miles transporting prisoners.
 

Kentucky State Police

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 2:33 p.m. April 3 on Lebanon Road. The drivers involved were Patrick Goodman, 35, of Warsaw, driving a 1997 Ford and James Conner, 40, of Crittenden, driving a 2003 Chevrolet.
Kentucky State Police charged Candice Riess, 55, of Williamstown, with two counts of failure to appear at 8:01 p.m. April 4 on Barnes Road.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Peeylair J. Mott, 22, of Crittenden, for driving on suspend operator’s license and disregarding a traffic device, at 10:22 p.m. April 5 on Broadway. Grant County Sheriff’s Deputy Matt Boshears executed a warrant for Mott for theft by unlawful taking valued more than $500, at 2:27 p.m. April 6 on Barnes Road. Mott was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Trooper Jeven Kedding investigated an accident at 4:49 p.m. April 5 on Spillman Drive. The drivers involved were Ashley Rose, 20, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2006 Toyota and Christine Summers, 18, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2006 Toyota.
Kentucky State Police executed a detainer for Michael Mursinna, 28, of Williamstown, for parole violation, at 9:46 a.m. April 6 on Barnes Road.
Trooper Kyle Reams investigated an accident at 10:41 a.m. April 7 on Baton Rouge Road. The drivers involved were Marcus J. Schultz, Jr., 37, of Williamstown, driving a 2002 Ford and Phillip Smith, 39, of Williamstown, driving a 1999 Ford.
Kentucky State Police charged Douglas Robinson, 52, of Dry Ridge, with assault fourth degree with minor injury at 9:17 p.m. April 7 on Sherman-Mt. Zion Road.
Kentucky State Police charged Jesse Johnson, 21, of Crittenden, with driving on suspended operator’s license, no insurance and failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change at 2:40 a.m. April 8 on Dixie Highway.
Kentucky State Police charged Lisa Turley, 42, of Crittenden, with rear license not illuminated, driving under the influence, first, and no insurance at 3:05 a.m. March 9 on Crittenden-Mt. Zion Road. Turley was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Trooper Kyle Reams investigated an accident at 2:52 p.m. April 10 on Ferguson Boulevard. The drivers involved were Stacie Dickens, 30, of Covington, driving a 1998 Chrysler and Shamra Ashcraft, 19, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1998 Plymouth.
Kentucky State Police charged Cynthia Barth, of Corinth, with fourth degree assault at 3:39 p.m. April 10 on Old Corinth-Owenton Road.
Kentucky State Police charged Jamie Russell, of Crittenden, with fourth degree assault and failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change at 5:19 p.m. April 10 on McCoy Road.

Williamstown
Officer Ron Perkins investigated an accident at 3:27 p.m. April 3 on Barnes Road. The drivers involved were Sandra F. Rankin, 42, of Williamstown, driving a 1995 Jeep and Melissa M. Brewster, 42, of Crittenden, driving a 2005 Dodge. Rankin was charged with operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license.
Officer Ron Perkins executed a warrant for Megan Rae Robinson, 25, of Williamstown, for failure to appear, at 10:16 p.m. April 5 on Helton Heights.
Officer Ron Perkins executed a warrant for Bryan Michael Stacy, 36, of Dry Ridge, at 12:11 a.m. April 5. Stacy was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. Officer Ron Perkins executed a warrant, for Ryan Gibson Kines, 30, of Dry Ridge, for theft by deception/cold checks, at 1:59 a.m. April 5 on Ferguson Boulevard. Kines was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Robert Reed charged Jonathan I. Parsons, 30, of Dry Ridge, with disorderly conduct second degree at 1 a.m. April 7 on Race Street.
Officer David Osborne charged Charles E. Williams, 28, of Dry Ridge, with unauthorized parking in a handicap zone at 12:46 a.m. April 10 on Fashion Ridge Road.
Williamstown Police Department charged an out of county resident with speeding and failure to produce insurance card.
