Grant County Sheriff
Deputy Mike Wright charged Matthew M. Hubbard, 26, of Williamstown, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change, at 5 p.m. Sept. 16 on McCoy Road. Hubbard was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Tony Stigers charged Carolyn Asher, 29, of Dry Ridge, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, at 3:44 p.m. Sept. 16 on McCoy Road. Asher was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Mike Wright executed a warrant for Jill Hubble, 35, of Williamstown, for failure to appear in court, at 6:33 p.m. Sept. 16 on Taft Highway. Hubble was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt Dennis Switzer executed a warrant for Cherish S. Autry, 30, of Dry Ridge, for failure to appear in court, at 8:06 p.m. Sept. 20 on Barnes Road. Autry was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Lee Jacobs investigated an accident at 3:45 p.m. Sept. 18 on Warsaw Road. The drivers involved were Sarah C. Leonard, 17, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2000 Ford and Susan L. Roland, 37, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2003 Hyundai.
The sheriff’s office served 58 summons/subpoenas, served 55 hours in court, executed three warrants involving out-of-county residents and drove 1,150 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Samantha A. Hasslacher, 28, of Berry, at 1:38 p.m. Sept. 15 on West Shelby Street. Hasslacher was lodged at the Boone County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for David N. Harp, 41, of Demossville, at 11:02 p.m. Sept. 17 on N. Main Street. Harp was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Karen Coulson, 46, of Crittenden, at 1:42 a.m. Sept. 21 on Demossville Road. Coulson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Trooper McTavish McDonald investigated an accident at 7:53 a.m. Sept. 17 on Gouge Drive. The drivers involved were Jennifer Finkenstadt, 38, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1999 Nissan and Amy Wyatt, 40, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2005 Nissan.
Trooper Kyle Reams investigated an accident at 8:52 a.m. Sept. 18 on Ky 467. The driver involved was Ashley N. Begley, 24, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2003 Chevrolet.
Trooper Steven Robb investigated an accident at 5:41 p.m. Sept. 18 on Interstate 75. The driver involved was James Northcutt, 23, of Williamstown, driving a 2005 Scion.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 9:08 a.m. Sept. 19 on Lemon-Northcutt Road. The driver involved was a juvenile, 13, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2003 Ford.
Trooper McTavish McDonald investigated an accident at 10:07 a.m. Sept. 19 on the Dry Ridge By-pass. The drivers involved were a juvenile, 16, of Florence, driving a 2011 Nissan and Ricky B. Adams, 52, of Crittenden, driving a 2003 Chevrolet.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 2:50 Sept 8 on N. Main Street. The driver involved was Robert McDonnell, 22, of Crittenden, driving a 1984 BMW.
Sgt. Brian Guilsoyle investigated an accident at 7:33 p.m. Sept. 11 on Arbor Drive. The driver involved was Eileen Mullins, 72, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2011 Chevrolet.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 3:13 p.m. Sept. 11 on the Dry Ridge By-pass. The drivers involved were Michael Osborne, 52, of Quitman, Ga., driving a 1991 Oldsmobile and a juvenile, 16, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1998 Audi.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 11:03 a.m. Sept. 14 on Reeves Road. The drivers involved were Timothy Powell, 19, of Hebron, driving a 1997 Mercury and Brenda Cummins, 65, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2000 Lexus.
Trooper Christopher Marcum investigated an accident at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 14 on Lebanon Road. The drivers involved were Mark Waller, 49, of Verona, driving a 2003 Ford and Bonnie Wartman, 56, of Crittenden, driving a mail truck.

 

Williamstown
Officer David Osborne executed a warrant for Devon J. Sanders, 19, of Williamstown, for theft by unlawful taking under the value of $500, at 6:02 a.m. Sept. 21 on N. Main Street. Sanders was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Officer Chris Collins cited David M. Frank, 19, of Williamstown, with no registration plates, at 12:17 a.m. Sept. 23 on Redwood Drive.
Officer Ron Perkins investigated an accident at 7:55 a.m. Sept. 16 on Humes Ridge Road. The driver involved was Isabelle S. Ridder, 17, of Williamstown, driving a 1998 Toyota.
Officer Ron Perkins investigated an accident at 8 p.m. Sept. 18 on Blackburn Drive. The drivers involved were Robert C. Luttrell, 34, of Crittenden, driving a 1999 Chevrolet and Jarrod M. Baker, 16, of Williamstown, driving a 2006 Honda. Luttrell was also cited for failure to maintain required insurance.
Officer Chris Collins investigated an accident at 10:05 p.m. Sept. 20 on Taft Highway. The drivers involved were Monica L. Hamilton, 21, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1999 Toyota and Ashley M. Barton, 23, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2007 Toyota.
Officer Chris Collins investigated an accident at 10:37 p.m. Sept. 21 on Falmouth Street. The drivers involved were Daniel T. Speed, 66, of Williamstown, driving a 2000 Chevrolet and Ronald D. Kinman, 50, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1978 Chevrolet. Speed was also charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Speed was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Williamstown Police cited an out-of-county resident with speeding and executed a warrant involving an out-of-county resident.
