Grant County
Deputy Mike Wright charged Darlene Kinkads, 55, of Crittenden, with alcohol intoxication in a public place at 5:45 p.m. Nov. 10 on Claiborne Drive. Kinkads was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Kevin Burke executed a warrant, for nonpayment of fines and failure to appear at court, for Dwayne Nichols, 22, of Crittenden, at 11:15 p.m. Nov. 24 on Sherman Newton Road. Nichols was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Dennis Switzer investigated an accident at 6:16 p.m. Nov. 24 on Taft Highway. The driver involved was Julie A. Jacks, 24, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2006 Chrysler.
Sgt. Terry Osborne investigated an accident at 11:46 a.m. Nov. 26 on Violet Road. The drivers involved were Timothy J. Estep, 23, of Crittenden, driving a 1995 Nissan and Tergina M. Shepperd, 40, of Crittenden, driving a 2007 Jeep.
Deputy Mike Wright investigated an accident at 3:40 p.m. Nov. 26 on Dixie Highway. The driver involved was Megan Dills, 27, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2003 Dodge.
Deputy Mike Wright investigated an accident at 7:44 p.m. Nov. 26 on Ferguson Boulevard. The driver involved was an unknown hit-and-run driver who struck a 2005 Honda owned by Christmas A. Helton of Corinth.
The sheriff’s office served 113 summons/subpoenas, served 24 hours in court, served six emergency protective orders, investigated nine accidents involving out of county residents, executed five arrests/warrants for out of county residents and drove 1,020 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police
Trooper Kyle Reams investigated an accident at 9:25 p.m. Nov. 20 on Dixie Highway. The driver involved was James Bledsoe, 49, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1997 Chevrolet.
Trooper Charles Haselwood investigated an accident at 1 p.m. Nov. 21 on Ferguson Boulevard. The drivers involved were Clarice Threlkeld, 49, of Williamstown, drivng a 2008 Buick and Lori J. Mullins, 28, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2005 Chevrolet.
Trooper Charles Haselwood investigated an accident at 1:29 p.m. Nov. 21 on Ferguson Boulevard. The drivers involved were Russell Hopper, 18, of Crittenden, driving a 1989 Ford and Blake Mathews, 28, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2007 Ford.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant, for fugitive from out of state, for Paskel Thompson, 24, of Crittenden, at 3:26 p.m. Nov. 21 on Indian Hill Drive. Thompson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 1:43 p.m. Nov. 22 on Ridgelea Drive. The drivers involved were Eddy Villegas, 77, of Corinth, driving a 1998 Kia and Melvin Rayburn, 57, of Wiliamstown, driving a 1999 Buick.
Kentucky State Police charged Jack Prichard, 41, of Berry, with driving while suspended, failure to show proof of insurance, failure to notify the Department of Transportation of address change, failure to surrender revoked operator’s license and failure to wear seat belts at 1:03 p.m. Nov. 22 on Crittenden-Mt. Zion Road. Prichard was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged Dwayne Moore, 27, of Berry, with no belt, operating on suspended operator’s license, failure to surrender operator’s license and obstructed vison at 4:31p.m. Nov. 22 on Main Street.
Trooper Steven Robb investigated an accident at 5:01 p.m. Nov. 23. The driver involved was Ashley Orcutt, 19, of DeMossville, driving a 2001 Isuzu.
Trooper Tim Vinal investigated an accident at 11:05 a.m. Nov. 25 on Crittenden-Mt. Zion Road. The drivers involved were Darlene Kinkade, 55, of Crittenden, driving a 1994 Chevrolet and David Huffman, 42, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2003 Mazda.
Trooper Tim Vinal investigated an accident at 11:26 a.m. Nov. 25 on Dixie Highway. The drivers involved were Williard Flynn, 59, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1994 Ford and Jeremy Deatherage, 30, of Williamstown, driving a 1987 Chevrolet.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Stephen Ware, III, 19, of Crittenden, at 3:02 p.m. Nov. 27 on Indian Hill Drive.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 1:08 a.m. Nov. 28 on Warsaw Road. The driver involved was Robert Groves, 34, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1998 Ford.

Williamstown
Officer Ron Perkins investigated an accident at 8:14 p.m. Nov. 23 on School Road. The driver involved was Chad E. Cummins, 38, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2001 Taurus and a parked 2003 Toyota owned by Michael Young of Crittenden.
Chief Al Rich investigated an accident at 7:12 a.m. Nov. 24 on Waterworks Road. The driver involved was Joseph W. Clemons, 32, of Williamstown, driving a 2001 Ford and Harold G. Cheeks, 53, of Williamstown, driving a 1985 Chevrolet.
Officer Ron Perkins investigated an accident at 12:17 a.m. Nov. 26 on Ferguson Boulevard. The driver involved was Danny O. Webb, 57, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2002 Kia and a pedestrian, Andrea K. Ballard Webster, 55, of Corinth. Webb was charged with failure to produce an insurance card and failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first offense.
Officer Steve Cornman charged Brandon K. Pennington, 21, of Williamstown, with two counts of terrostic threatening at 2:37 a.m. Nov. 27 on Hampshire Drive. Pennington was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
