Dry Ridge
Chief Rick Kells executed warrants, for assault fourth degree and failure to appear at court, for Bianca Brooks, 30, of Dry Ridge, at noon Jan. 3 on Meadow View Drive. Brooks was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Grant County
Deputy Brian Maines investigated an accident at 2:11 p.m. Dec. 20 on Sherman-Mt. Zion Road. The drivers involved were Robert F. Glacken, 18, of Walton, driving a 1994 Dodge and Cecilia C. Lutes, 61, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2003 Chevrolet.

Sgt. Dennis Switzer investigated an accident at 6:48 pm. Dec. 31 on Taft Highway. The drivers involved were a juvenile, 17, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1996 Geo and Julia A. Eckler, 50, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2000 Chevrolet.

Deputy Kevin Burke executed a Boone County warrant for Eric J. Elliot, 37, of Crittenden, at 1:08 a.m. Jan. 5 on S. Main Street. Elliot was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Sgt. Terry Osborne executed a Clinton County Warrant for Michael R. Woodyard, 49, of Dry Ridge, at 7:25 p.m. Jan. 6 on Barnes Road. Woodyard was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Colonel Troy Hagedorn investigated an accident at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 8 on Dry Ridge-Mt. Zion Road. The driver involved was Christopher P. Webster, 25, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2006 General Motors.

The sheriff’s office served 54 summons/subpoenas, served 50 hours in court, served three emergency protective orders, investigated two accidents involving out of county residents and executed seven arrests/warrants for out of county residents and drove 556 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police
Kentucky State Police charged Yolanda Eddelman, 37, with public intoxication and shoplifting at 2:31 a.m. Jan. 2 on Taft Highway.

Kentucky State Police charged Jamie Guilliams, 34, with public intoxication, shoplifting and endangering a minor at 2:33 a.m. Jan. 2 on Taft Highway.

Kentucky State Police executed two warrants for Angelo Paino, 41, of Dry Ridge, at 12:24 a.m. Jan. 3 on S. Main Street.

Kentucky State Police charged Gary Brown, 55, of Williamstown, with driving too fast for conditions, failure to wear seat belts, driving under the influence, first aggravated, possession of controlled substance third, possession of a controlled substance first, drug unspecified, possession of controlled substance first (cocaine) at 3:11 a.m. Jan. 8 on Taft Highway.

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Nicholas Cornelius, 32, of Dry Ridge, at 7:05 p.m. Jan. 8 on Ten Mile Drive. Cornelius was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Trooper Kyle Reams investigated an accident at 2 p.m. Jan. 1 on KY 22. The driver involved was a juvenile, 17, of Williamstown, driving a 2005 Dodge.

Trooper Joshua Whitton investigated an accident at 12:38 p.m. Jan. 6 on N. Main Street. The drivers involved were Douglas Ingram, 76, of Crittenden, driving a 2007 Dodge and Marilyn Elwood, 54, of Venice, Fla., driving a 2002 Chrysler.

Trooper Tim Vinal investigated an accident at 11:45 a.m. Jan. 8 on Taft Highway. The driver involved was Andrea Stout, 20, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1995 Ford.

Trooper Charles Haselwood investigated an accident at 4:42 p.m. Jan. 8. The drivers involved were Sandy Teague, 47, of Berry, driving a 1994 Toyota and Clyde Fain, 27, of Berry, driving a 1998 Chevrolet.

Trooper Charles Haselwood investigated an accident at 10:43 a.m. Jan. 9 on Spears Lane. The drivers involved were Joyce Miller, 68, of Crittenden driving a 1990 Buick and Stephanie Beighle, 28, of Crittenden driving a 2004 Volvo.

Trooper Kyle Reams investigated an accident at 11:23 a.m. Jan. 9 on Broadway. The driver involved was Danny Cain, 50, of Wiliamstown, driving a 2004 GMC and a parked 2009 Chevrolet.

Williamstown

Officer Ron Perkins charged Megan J. Stevens, 23, of Williamstown, with no registration plates and no registration receipt at 7:07 p.m. Jan. 3 on Brentwood Drive.

Officer Ron Perkins charged Randall K. Morris, 21, of Dry Ridge, with no registration and no registration receipt at 4:51 p.m. Jan. 5 on U.S. 25.

Sgt. Robert Reed investigated an accident at 4:23 p.m. Jan. 7 on N. Main Street. The driver involved was Thomas A. Holt, 50, of Williamstown, driving a 2010 Dodge.
Officer David Osborne charged Charles Edward McCarthy, 23, of Dry Ridge, with disorderly conduct second degree and resisting arrest at 7 p.m. Jan. 7 on Barnes Road. McCarthy was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Officer David Osborne charged Robert A. Thomas, 36, of Williamstown, with no rear view mirror at 4:05 p.m. Jan. 9 on N. Main Street.

Officer David Osborne charged Kenneth S. Sebastian, 45, of Dry Ridge, with failure to produce insurance card at 1:50 p.m. Jan. 9 on N. Main Street.

The Williamstown Police Department executed Harrison and Kenton County warrants for two out of county residents.
