Dry Ridge Police

Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 7:41 a.m. on Oct. 27 on Kentucky 22. The drivers involved were Ryan N. Ray, 27, of Lexington driving a 2002 Mitsubishi and Leah D. Good, 27, of Williamstown driving a 2004 Mazda.

Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 3:55 p.m. on Oct. 27 on Taft Highway in Dry Ridge. The driver involved was a juvenile, 17, of Williamstown driving a 2000 Ford that ran off the roadway.

Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 2:38 p.m. on Oct. 29 on Ferguson Blvd. in Dry Ridge. The driver involved was J.W. Poe, 87, of Dry Ridge driving a 2000 Buick that struck a parked 1997 Toyota owned by Jeremy C. King.

Chief Rick Kells charged Benadette Messer, 28, of Dry Ridge with theft by unlawful taking at 1:27 p.m. on Oct. 30. Messer was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Grant County Sheriff's Office

Sgt. Dennis Switzer investigated an accident at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 21 on Taft Highway in Dry Ridge. The driver involved was Christopher J. Wysong, 42, of Dry Ridge driving a 1992 Ford that struck a guard rail.

Deputy Brian Maines investigated an accident at 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 24 on Crittenden-Mount Zion Road in Dry Ridge. The driver involved was Barbara S. Elliot, 42, of Dry Ridge driving a 2007 Mazda that ran off the roadway.

Deputy Andy Reeves investigated an accident at 10:56 a.m. on Oct. 27 on Thomas Lane in Corinth. The driver involved was Diane M. Carr, 59, of Corinth driving a 2002 Chevrolet that struck a parked 1992 Ford owned by Oreste P. Villafurte.

Deputy Lee Jacobs investigated an accident at 6:50 p.m. on Oct. 27 on Sherman Newtown Road in Crittenden. The driver involved was Sue H. Brown, 64, of Crittenden driving a 2002 Chevrolet that ran off the roadway.

Sheriff Chuck Dills executed a warrant for Jamie L. Abercrombie, 35, of Williamstown at 3 p.m. on Oct. 28. Abercrombie was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

The sheriff’s office served 92 summons/subpoenas, spent 18.5 hours serving in court, executed two warrants/arrests involving out-of-county residents and traveled 298 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 9:10 a.m. on Oct. 23 on Main Street. The drivers involved were Loretta Beach, 61, of Dry Ridge driving a 2006 General Motors and Dennis Eckerle, 50, of Dry Ridge driving a 1997 Ford.

State Police charged Phillip L. Creech, 42, of Dry Ridge with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:52 p.m. on Oct. 24. Creech was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

State Police charged Michael Landall, 40, of Dry Ridge with driving under the influence at 3:42 a.m. on Oct. 25.

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 3 p.m. on Oct. 25 on Fashion Ridge Road in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were Alice Weber, 71, of Frankfort driving a 2005 Chevrolet and Evelyn Greene Morris, 82, of Dry Ridge driving a 2006 Toyota.

Trooper Jerry Feiger investigated an accident at 6:20 p.m. on Oct. 27 on Lemon Northcutt Road in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were Michael Applegate, 18, of Demossville driving a 1997 Ford and Cheryl M. Hurst, 22, of Corinth driving a 1998 Chevrolet.

Trooper Mctavish McDonald investigated an accident at 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 27 on Dixie Highway in Williamstown. The driver involved was Robin Chapman, 22, of Corinth driving a 2000 Pontiac.

State Police executed a warrant for Betty J. Young, 48, of Berry at 10:22 a.m. on Oct. 29. Young was turned over to the transportation officer.

State Police executed a warrant for Myron Robert Young, 49, of Berry at 10:26 a.m. on Oct. 29. Young was turned over to the transportation officer.

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 3:37 p.m. on Oct. 29 on Violet Road in Crittenden. The drivers involved were John Davis, 29, of Dry Ridge driving a 1989 Chevrolet and a juvenile, 17, of Crittenden driving a 1996 Chevrolet.

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 3:50 p.m. on Oct. 30 on Crittenden-Mount Zion Road in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were a juvenille, 17, of Dry Ridge driving a 2001 Dodge and Jennifer Smith, 37, of Dry Ridge driving a 1999 Ford.

State Police executed a warrant for Randal Larison, 26, of Crittenden at 9:08 p.m. on Oct. 30.

State Police executed a warrant for Rita Wilkerson, 44, of Dry Ridge at 10:56 p.m. on Oct. 30.

Trooper Scott Allen investigated an accident at 3:15 a.m. on Nov. 2 on Interstate 75. The driver involved was Steven Siereved, 35, of Dry Ridge driving a 2002 Ford.

Trooper Dennis Mabry investigated an accident at 7:44 p.m. on Nov. 2. The drivers involved were Leslie B. Winkle, 39, of Berry driving a 2004 Chevrolet and Branden S. Martin, 18, of Corinth driving a 1999 Ford.

Williamstown Police

Officer Ron Perkins executed a warrant for Zackery J. Strahm, 19, of Williamstown at 10:10 p.m. on Oct. 27.

Chief Bobby Webb investigated an accident at 12:36 p.m. on Oct. 30 on Barnes Road in Williamstown. The drivers involved were Mary V. Mitchell, 41, of Florence driving a 2008 Honda and Michael K. Cavins, 42, of Corinth driving a 1996 Ford.

Asst. Chief Chris Hankins executed a warrant for Stella Holland, 36, of Corinth at 11:03 a.m. on Oct. 31. Holland was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Chief Bobby Webb investigated an accident at 8:48 a.m. on Nov. 1 on Jonesville Road in Williamstown. The drivers involved were Thomas C. Schultz, 40, of Mount Eden driving a 2004 Ford and Paula J. Fraine, 38 of Williamstown driving a 2001 Dodge.

Officer David Osborne charged Maribell Regollar, 31, of Dry Ridge, with speeding 22 mph over the limit at 8:31 p.m. on Nov. 1.

Officer David Osborne charged Larry W. Combs, 58, of Williamstown with speeding five mph over the limit at 8:57 p.m. on Nov. 1.

Chief Bobby Webb investigated an accident at 9:19 a.m. on Nov. 2 on Main Street in Williamstown. The drivers involved were Tiffany C. Niesen, 19, of Dry Ridge driving a 2001 Chevrolet and Ashley R. Pullens, 18, of Dry Ridge driving a 1997 Chevrolet.

Williamstown Police executed a warrant for an out-of-county resident and investigated two accidents involving out-of-county residents.
