Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 3:12 p.m. on Oct. 3 on Theater Drive in Dry Ridge. The driver involved was Anita D. Motley, 61, of Corinth driving a 2004 Chevrolet that struck a parked 2004 Ford owned by William Young.

Chief Rick Kells charged Ricky Ferguson, 34, of Berry, with being a danger to self or others at 2:35 p.m. on Oct. 7.
