Dry Ridge Police

Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 3:12 p.m. on Oct. 3 on Theater Drive in Dry Ridge. The driver involved was Anita D. Motley, 61, of Corinth driving a 2004 Chevrolet that struck a parked 2004 Ford owned by William Young.

Chief Rick Kells charged Ricky Ferguson, 34, of Berry, with being a danger to self or others at 2:35 p.m. on Oct. 7.

Deputy Brian Maines investigated an accident at 6:15 p.m. on Sept. 23 on Indian Hill Drive in Crittenden. The drivers involved were Carrie B. Brady, 19, of Crittenden driving a 2004 Chevrolet and Maegan E. McDade, 17, of Dry Ridge driving a 1996 Chevrolet.

Grant County Sheriff's Office

Sgt. Dennis Switzer investigated an accident at 3:34 p.m. on Oct. 1 on Heekin Road in Williamstown. The driver involved was Michael J. Albrecht, 64, of Owenton driving a 2008 International that struck a parked 2003 Ford owned by Randy Gordon.

Sgt. Dennis Switzer investigated an accident at 4:23 p.m. on Oct. 3 on Dixie Highway in Crittenden. The drivers involved were Danny R. Joseph, 36, of Dry Ridge driving a 1995 Toyota, Alisha R. Schleuter, 23, of Crittenden driving a 1991 Ford and Jamuel D. Patton, 30, of Dry Ridge driving a 1994 Chevrolet.

Deputy Mike Garvey investigated an accident at 7:03 a.m. on Oct. 4 on Dixie Highway in Corinth. The driver involved was Jonathan N. Spurlock, 21, of Corinth driving a 2003 Kia that ran off the roadway.

Deputy Mike Garvey investigated an accident at 4:44 p.m. on Oct. 6 on Broadway in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were Sharon K. Stephens, 50, of Williamstown driving a 2001 Nissan and Robert L. Osborne, 78, of Grayling, Iowa driving a 2002 Dodge.

Deputy Lee Jacobs executed a warrant for Rachel N. Beach, 23, of Williamstown at 10:07 p.m. on Oct. 8. Beach was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Brian Maines executed a warrant for William W. Lewis, 29, of Corinth at 3:43 p.m. on Oct. 9. Lewis was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Brian Maines executed a warrant for Timothy W. Kannady, 45, of Crittenden at 9:34 p.m. on Oct. 9. Kannady was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Lee Jacobs executed a warrant for James R. Noel, 31, of Dry Ridge at 11:50 p.m. on Oct. 9. Noel was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Lee Jacobs executed a warrant for Mathew D. Mann, 20, of Dry Ridge at 5 p.m. on Oct. 10. Mann was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

The sheriff’s office served 98 summons/subpoenas, spent 16 hours serving in court, served two emergency protective orders, investigated three accidents involving out-of-county residents, executed one warrant/arrest involving an out-of-county resident and traveled 1269 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police

Trooper Jason Joseph investigated an accident at 5:35 a.m. on Oct. 2 on Lawrenceville Road in Williamstown. The driver involved was Heidi Villanueava, 42, of Williamstown driving a 1998 Chevrolet that struck a deer.

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 7:15 a.m. on Oct. 2 on Crittenden-Mount Zion Road in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were Tammy L. Davis, 36, of Dry Ridge driving a 2005 Volkswagen and Saundra Gary, 68, of Crittenden driving a 2002 Hyundai.

State Police charged Stephanie Newman, 38, of Crittenden, with no registration plate, failure to produce insurance and operating on a suspended license at 9:29 p.m. on Oct. 5.

State Police charged Dixie L. Ellman, 49, of Crittenden, with driving under the influence, no seatbelt, no insurance and no registration receipt at 1:48 p.m. on Oct. 6. Ellman was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

State Police charged Tracy L. Cotton, 48, of Dry Ridge, with shoplifting criminal trespass at 5:23 p.m. on Oct. 7. Cotton was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 3:43 p.m. on Oct. 8 on Taft Highway in Dry Ridge. The driver involved was Linda A. Willoughby, 46, of Dry Ridge driving a 2000 Ford that struck a guardrail.

Trooper Jeremy Moore investigated an accident at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 9 on School Road in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were Eric S. West, 28, of Williamstown driving a 1993 Toyota and Amy L. Sloan, 32, of Dry Ridge driving a 2007 Kia.

State Police executed a warrant for James Boggs, 43, of Demossville at 1:14 a.m. on Oct. 10. Boggs was lodged at the Boone County Detention Center.

State Police charged Rhonda Cupp, 41, of Berry, with driving under the influence and careless driving at 2:27 a.m. on Oct. 10. Cupp was turned over to the Department of Transportation officer.

State Police executed a warrant for Brian Jones, 32, of Dry Ridge at 1:04 a.m. on Oct. 10.

Trooper Jeremy Moore investigated an accident at 3:21 p.m. on Oct. 10 on Interstate 75. The drivers involved were Amanda Ridenour, 18, of Williamstown driving a 2006 Hyundai and Kimberly Hellard, 33, of Richmond driving a 1994 Chevrolet.

Trooper Jeremy Moore investigated an accident at 3 p.m. on Oct. 11 on Ruark Road in Crittenden. The drivers involved were Derek Shelton, 18, of Florence driving a 1995 Oldsmobile and Alec Jones, 21, of Dry Ridge driving a 1998 Dodge.

Trooper Jeremy Moore investigated an accident at 6 p.m. on Oct. 11 on Violet Road in Crittenden. The drivers involved were Curt Johnson, 54, of Crittenden driving a 2000 Chevrolet and Cynthia Tucker, 35, of Crittenden driving a 2001 Chevrolet.

State Police charged Timothy Wilson, 27, of Dry Ridge, with driving under the influence, careless driving, improper or no signal, no seatbelt and possession of an open alcoholic container at 4:46 a.m. on Oct. 12. Wilson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

State Police charged David K. Johnson, 45, of Demossville, with driving under the influence at 6:36 a.m. on Oct. 12. Johnson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Trooper Matt Feltner investigated an accident at 8:08 a.m. on Oct. 12 on Taft Highway in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were Garry Conrad, 59, of Dry Ridge driving a 2002 Chevrolet and David Downs, 43, of Erlanger driving a 1987 Chevrolet.

Williamstown Police

Officer David Osborne charged Jill N. Porter, 30, of Williamstown with no registration plates at 8:57 p.m. on Sept. 27.

Officer David Osborne charged Joshua S. Coots, 21, of Dry Ridge with speeding 10 mph over the limit and failure to produce insurance card at 9:33 p.m. on Oct. 3.

Officer David Osborne charged Nathan C. Perkins, 20, of Dry Ridge with no registration plates, no registration receipt and failure to produce insurance card at 10:54 p.m. on Oct. 3.

Officer David Osborne charged James R. Simon, Jr., 26, of Williamstown with speeding 23 mph over the limit at 8:53 p.m. on Oct. 4.

Officer Ron Perkins investigated an accident at 5:05 p.m. on Oct. 6 on North Main Street in Williamstown. The drivers involved were Robert J. Tepe, 77, of Williamstown driving a 1988 Chevrolet and Jerry W. Gordon, 56, of Crittenden driving a 2005 Chevrolet.

Asst. Chief Chris Hankins investigated an accident at 1:09 p.m. on Oct. 9 on Helton Heights in Williamstown. The driver involved was Margret C. Webster, 49, of Dry Ridge driving a 2003 Ford that ran off the roadway.
