Police investigate burglary at Bluegrass Tobacco

Williamstown Police are investigating a July 8 burglary at Bluegrass Tobacco.

The store, located at 1214C North Main St. in Williamstown, was allegedly broken into after two men through rocks through the glass front door, according to police.

Police believe nothing was taken from the store after the suspects attempted to take money from the registers.

The suspects are described as white males about 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall.

The first suspect, who was wearing a green NASCAR shirt, is believed to have a medium build with possible facial hair and possible tattoo on the stomach area.

The second suspect, who was wearing a blue NASCAR shirt, is described as having a medium build.

Bluegrass Tobacco is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.
