Dry Ridge Police

Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 2:35 p.m. March 28 on Bypass Road. The drivers involved were Dorothy G. Gayhart, 77, of Crittenden, driving a 2005 Toyota and Laura L. Mason, 23, of Covington, driving a 2007 Toyota.
Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 11:04 a.m. March 28 on Broadway. The drivers involved were Pamela M. Mursinna, 59, of Williamstown, driving a 2004 Dodge and Ardena T. Malone, 44, of Crittenden, driving a 1999 Chevrolet.
Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 1:36 p.m. March 29 on Theater Drive. The drivers involved were Christina H. Barnes, 28, of Corinth, driving a 1997 Chevrolet and Matthew S. Bowling, 19, of Owenton, driving a 2010 Chevrolet.
Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 10:03 a.m. March 30 on Short Race Street. The drivers involved were Melissa S. Schmidt, 23, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1993 Ford and Patsy H. King, 63, of Williamstown, driving a 1992 Dodge.

Grant County Sheriff's Office

Deputy Scott Conrad investigated an accident at 3:32 p.m. March 28 on Cordova Road. The driver involved was Jeanette Cain, 49, of Corinth, driving a 1998 Dodge.
Sgt. Terry Osborne executed a warrant, for Michael R. Woodyard, 50, of Corinth, for failure to appear at court, at 4:15 p.m. March 30 on Barnes Road. Woodyard was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Mike Wright executed an Ohio warrant and a Boone County warrant for Marissa D. Martinez, 19, of Williamstown, at 5:59 p.m. March 30 on Charlotte Heights. Martinez was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Terry Osborne executed a warrant for Karey K. Caldwell-Nichell, 27, of Dry Ridge, for two counts of theft by deception (cold checks), at 4:25 p.m. March 30 on Barnes Road. Caldwell-Nichell was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Dennis Switzer executed a warrant for Michael C. Roberts, 29, of Crittenden, for failure to appear at court, at 12:10 p.m. April 1 on Barnes Road. Roberts was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
The sheriff’s office served 65 summons/subpoenas, served 55 hours in court, served two emergency protective orders, executed two arrests/warrants for out of county residents and drove 838 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police

Trooper Tim Vinal investigated an accident at 2:36 p.m. March 17 on Dixie Highway. The drivers involved were Christa Freed, 30, of Crittenden, driving a 1997 Pontiac and Arlen Roaden, 53, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1991 Mazda.
Kentucky State Police executed two warrants Joshua L. Miller, 24, of Dry Ridge, at 2:39 a.m. March 18 on Spillman Drive.
Trooper Kyle Reams investigated an accident at 7:25 p.m. March 18 on Dixie Highway. The drivers involved were an unknown hit-and-run driver, driving a 1994 Volkswagen and Doris Freeman, 63, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1999 Chevrolet.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Karey Caldwell, 26, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance, at 1:26 a.m. March 19 on Lemon-Northcutt Road.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Derik Cole, 23, at 5:20 a.m. March 22 on Barnes Road.
Kentucky State Police charged Randall Annis, Jr., 29, of Berry, with violation of Kentucky emergency protective order at 1:19 a.m. March 22 on Antrobus Road.
Kentucky State Police charged Mary L. Burchfield, 33, of Dry Ridge, with assault fourth degree at 1:28 a.m. March 23 on KY 467. Burchfield was turned over to Pendleton County.
Kentucky State Police charged Mark Campbell, 39, of Dry Ridge, with one headlight, operating on suspended license and failure to notify of address change at 11:10 p.m. March 23 on Interstate 75.
Kentucky State Police executed Harrison County and Nicholas County warrants for Gaylord Gollihue, Jr., 36, of Berry, at 11:29 a.m. March 24 on Legion Road.
Trooper Jeven Kedding investigated an accident at 8:26 p.m. March 24 on Violet Road. The drivers involved were David Chappell, 42, of Williamstown, driving a 1989 Chevrolet and a juvenile, of Verona, driving a 2003 Chevrolet. Chappell was charged with driving under the influence, first, and failure to produce insurance card. He was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Ryan Moore, 25, of Dry Ridge, at 2:21 p.m. March 25 on Meadow View Circle. Moore was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Jared Dobbs, 35, of Dry Ridge, at 8:58 p.m. March 25 on Conrad Lane. Dobbs was lodged at the Boone County Detention Center.
Trooper Jeven Kedding investigated an accident at 5 p.m. March 28 on Taft Highway. The driver involved was Cindy Webster, 27, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2002 Chevrolet.

Kentucky State Police charged Daniel R. Vendler, 31, of Williamstown, with receiving stolen property valued less than $10,000 at 2:10 p.m. March 28 on Ruthman Drive. Vendler was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed warrants for William Ohmer, 30, of Williamstown, at 10:22 a.m. March 30 on Jonesville Road. Ohmer was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged Michael Roberts, 29, of Crittenden, with speeding, operating on suspended license, no insurance and fleeing/evading first degree on foot at 7:40 p.m. March 30 on Indian Hill Drive.
Kentucky State Police charged Shawn Scmidt, 18, of Dry Ridge, with possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia, no insurance and speeding at 9:09 p.m. March 30 on Indian Hill Drive.
Kentucky State Police charged Linda Walker, 48, of Dry Ridge, with failure to illuminate headlamps and driving under the influence first at 11:49 p.m. March 31 on Dry Ridge-Mt. Zion road. Walker was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged Robert M. Jones, 45, of Dry Ridge, with careless driving, fleeing or evading police first, driving under the influence second aggravated, failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change and no insurance at 12:19 p.m. April 1 on Grantland Drive.
Kentucky State Police charged Anya Pike, 35, with possession of controlled substance and unlawful distribution of methamphetamine precursor at 11:03 p.m. April 1 on Barnes Road.
Kentucky State Police charged Daniel Schuerman, 21, of Demossville with alcohol intoxication in a public place first at 12:31 a.m. April 1 on KY 177 West.
Kentucky State Police charged Seth McClurg, 18, of Demossville, with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting at 8:32 p.m. April 2 on Ferguson Boulevard.

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 2:33 p.m. April 3. The drivers involved were Patrick Goodman, 35, of Warsaw, driving a 1997 Ford and James Conner, 40, of Crittenden, driving a 2003 Chevrolet.

Williamstown Police

Officer Ron Perkins executed warrants for Christopher D. Wilson, 19, of Crittenden, for failure to appear at court and theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, at 9:04 p.m. March 30 on S. Main Street.
Officer Ron Perkins investigated an accident at 4:30 p.m. March 30 on S. Main Street. The driver involved was George E. Strong, 76, of Corinth, driving a 1991 Chevrolet and a parked 2003 Dodge owned by Saratoga Auto Sales of Williamstown.
