Grant County Sheriff's Office

Deputy Kevin Burke executed a warrant, for probation violation, for Kenneth H. Forrestor, III, of Corinth, at 11:04 p.m. Feb. 1 on McFarland Drive.
The Grant County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshal Service executed a warrant, for nonpayment of fines, for James K. Hamilton, 42, of Williamstown, at 1:30 a.m. Feb. 4 on Humes Ridge Road. Hamilton was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Scott Conrad charged Darrel Wright, 48, of Corinth, with speeding and operating a motor vehicle under the influence at 2:03 p.m. Feb. 5 on Dixie Highway. Wright was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Robert Morgan investigated an accident at 7:31 p.m. Feb. 7 on Needham Lane. The driver involved was Christopher J. Stephens, 27, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1998 Chevrolet.
Sgt. Terry Osborne executed a warrant, for failure to pay fines, for Racheal L. Allison, 24, of Corinth, on Feb. 7 on McFarland Drive. Allison was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Dennis Switzer charged Braden J. Bauwens, 25, of Williamstown, with burglary third degree at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 8 on Barnes Road. Bauwens was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Brian Maines executed a Boone County warrant for Derrick R. Gambrell, 30, of Williamstown, at 6:50 p.m. Feb. 8 on Barnes Road.
Deputy Keving Burke executed a warrant, for probation violation, for Aaron M. Fowler, 27, of Dry Ridge, at 12:03 a.m. Feb. 9 on Elliston Mt. Zion Road. Fowler was lodged in the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Bobby Webb executed a warrant, for probation violation, for Justin Marshall, 23, of Corinth, at 10:55 a.m. Feb. 9 on Barnes Road. Marshall was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Sgt. Dennis Switzer charged Justin R. Simpson, 22, of Demossville, with burglary third degree at 1:48 p.m. Feb. 9 on Barnes Road. Simpson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Lee Jacobs executed a warrant, for abuse of a teacher, for Norman L. Rice, 18, of Dry Ridge, at 12:05 p.m. Feb. 11 on Warsaw Road.
Deputy Robert Morgan investigated an accident at 2:08 p.m. on Dixie Highway. The drivers involved were Lora I. Fryman 43, of Crittenden, driving a 2010 Mercury and Joseph M. Robinson, 35, of Crittenden, driving a 2011 Honda.
Deputy Scott Conrad investigated an accident at 10:39 p.m. Feb. 11 on Elliston Mt. Zion Road. The driver involved was a juvenile, 16, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1998 Jeep.
The sheriff’s office served 77 summons/subpoenas, served 50 hours in court, served one emergency protective order, investigated two accidents involving out of county residents and executed one arrest/warrant for an out of county resident and drove 1,490 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police

Trooper Charles Haselwood investigated an accident at 3:38 p.m. Feb. 7 on S. Main Street. The drivers involved were Sharon Steward, 52, of Williamstown, driving a 2000 Chevrolet and Amanda Woods, 27, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1996 Pontiac.
Trooper Mctavish McDonald investigated an accident at 9:53 a.m. Feb. 8 on Violet Road. The drivers involved were Hobart Northcutt, 71, of Crittenden, driving a 2002 Dodge and Stefanie Thacker, 40, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2010 Toyota.
Trooper Jeven Kedding investigated an accident at 5:16 p.m. Feb. 8 on S. Main Street. The drivers involved were Austin Scroggins, 39, of Corinth, driving a 1996 Toyota and Shawna Hyden, 36, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2004 Dodge.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 9 on Crittenden-Mt. Zion Road. The drivers involved were James Butler, 42, of Williamstown, driving a 2007 Chevrolet and Brandi Milburn, 31, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2006 Dodge.
Trooper Jeven Kedding investigated an accident at 3:54 p.m. Feb. 9 on Warsaw Road. The driver involved was a juvenile, 17, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1998 Toyota and a juvenile, 16, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1994 Chevrolet.
Kentucky State Police charged Bradley Wilhoite, 31, of Crittenden, with driving under the influence first aggravated and reckless driving at 12:28 a.m. Feb. 10 on Dixie Highway. Wilhoite was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Christina Kurtz, 26, at 2:11 a.m. Feb. 11 on Mt. Zion Road.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Aaron Gambrel, 29, at 4:27 a.m. Feb. 11 on Vallandingham Road.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Christopher Reis, 23, of Williamstown, at 11:08 p.m. Feb. 11 on U.S.27. Reis was turned over to Pendleton County.
Trooper Steven Robb investigated an accident at 7:28 p.m. Feb. 11. The driver involed was Mary Glacking, 57, of Demossville, driving a 2009 Kia.
Trooper Charles Haselwood investigated an accident at 10:39 a.m. Feb. 11 on Broadway. The drivers involved were Stephen Reedy, 55 of Pinckney, Mich., driving a 2005 General Motors Corporation and Frances Key, 45, of Williamstown, driving a 2008 Toyota.

Williamstown

Chief Al Rich investigated an accident at 3:35 p.m. Feb. 7 on Barnes Road. The driver involved was Johnathan B. Woodyard, 30, of Corinth, driving a 2008 Toyota and a pedestrian, Kayla Bishop, 23, of Dry Ridge.
Officer David Osborne investigated an accident at 8:27 p.m. Feb. 12 on Charlotte Heights. The drivers involved were Sandra F. Rankin, 41, of Williamstown, driving a 2005 Kia and Shirley Howard of Williamstown, driving a 2000 Chevrolet. Rankin was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence aggravated, operating on a suspended license and failure of owner to maintain required security. Later, Osborne executed a Kenton County warrant, for operating on suspended  license and no insurance, for Rankin. Rankin was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Williamstown Police Department investigated two accidents involving out of county residents.
