Dry Ridge Police
Chief Rick Kells charged Jerry C. Fogle, 31, of Dry Ridge, with receiving stolen property valued less than $500 at 1:36 p.m. April 20 on Meadow View Circle. Fogle was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Chief Rick Kells executed a Jackson County warrant for Brian Daly, 51, of Dry Ridge, for trafficking in controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school, at 11:30 a.m. April 20 on Ferguson Boulevard. Daly was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 7:36 a.m. April 20 on Broadway. The drivers involved were Brandon C. Baker, 33, of Williamstown, driving a 2004 Chevrolet and Melody Fryman, 33, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2011 I.C. Corporation. Kells executed a Boone County warrant for Fryman, for theft by unlawful taking/cold checks valued less than $500, at 8:59 a.m. April 20 on Barnes Road. Fryman was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Dry Ridge Police Department charged an out of county resident with unlawful distribution of methamphetamine precursor.

Grant County Sheriff's Office
Deputy Matt Boshears executed a warrant for Donald J. Manning, 34, of Dry Ridge, for contempt of court, at 7:28 p.m. April 12 in Dry Ridge. Manning was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Robert Morgan investigated an accident at 3:58 p.m. April 15 on Bypass Road. The drivers involved were James D. Fuehner, 46, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2004 Hyundai and Carrie L. Wilson, 32, of Crittenden, driving a 1994 Geo.
Deputy Kevin Burke executed two warrants for Jennifer Mullins, 36, for theft by deception, at 2 a.m. April 18 on Peartree Lane. Mullins was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Kevin Burke executed a warrant for Veron Beeler, 38, of Crittenden, for flagrant nonsupport, at 2:40 a.m. April 18 on Peartree Lane in Crittenden. Beeler was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Kevin Burke executed a Bracken County warrant for Sandra L. McCane, 54, of Crittenden, for theft, at 11:23 p.m. April 18 on Angela Drive. McCane was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Deputy Kevin Burke executed a Campbell County warrant, for Brian S. Wilson, 31, of Crittenden, for probation violation, at 4:27 a.m. April 21 on Crittenden Court. Wilson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
The sheriff’s office served 88summons/subpoenas, served 36 hours in court, served two emergency protective orders, investigated seven accidents involving out of county residents, executed a warrant for an out of county resident and drove 500 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police
Trooper Kyle Reams investigated an accident at 2:49 p.m. April 14 on Lawrenceville Road. The driver involved was Gerald Breeden, 66, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1995 Ford.
Trooper Michael Snowden investigated an accident at 3:17 p.m. April 18 on Broadway. The drivers involved were Jackie Renfro, 48, of Williamstown, driving a 1999 Chevrolet and Billy Cammack, 21, of Owenton, driving a 1992 Toyota.
Kentucky State Police charged Fred Hays, 43, of Dry Ridge, with alcohol intoxication at 10:37 p.m. April 18 on McCoy Road.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Mark Bingaman, 23, of Dry Ridge, at 11:14 p.m. April 18 on Angela Drive.
Trooper Jeven Kedding investigated an accident at 9:14 p.m. April 19 on Dixie Highway. The driver involved was Betty Gross, 62, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1997 Cadillac.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Gary S. Wolford, 33, of Williamstown, for theft by unlawful taking/shoplifing, at 10:53 p.m. April 19 on Stewartsville Road. Wolford was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Trooper Jeremy Moore investigated an accident at 7:12 p.m. April 20. The driver involved was Joshua Howe, 26, of Demossville.
Kentucky State Police executed two warrants for Jennifer Smith, 22, of Dry Ridge, at 1:54 p.m. April 20 on Taylor Lane. Smith was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Lara Manning, 24, of Dry Ridge, at 5:22 p.m. April 20 on Sherman-Mt. Zion Road.
Kentucky State Police charged Tammy Cobb, 24, of Crittenden, with burglary, second, at 8:59 p.m. April 20 on Gardnersville Road. Cobb was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged Daniel Epperson, 18, of Williamstown, with rape second degree at 11:47 p.m. April 20 on Owenton Road. Epperson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police charged William Clayton Adkins, of Berry, with speeding 10 mph over, reckless driving, no insurance, no registration receipt, no seat belt, driving under the influence first aggravated, no license in possession, giving officer false information and driving on suspended license at 3:06 a.m. April 21 on Owenton Road. A warrant was also executed and Adkins was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Daneil Benz, 49, of Williamstown at 12:28 a.m. April 21 on Taft Highway.
Kentucky State Police charged Angela Mosher, 41, of Williamstown, with operation on suspended license at 12:28 a.m. April 21 on Taft Highway.
Trooper Michael Snowden investigated an accident at 12:37 p.m. April 21 on Broadway. The drivers involved were Ryan Worthington, 38, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1995 Toyota and Francois Sendemanam, 51, of Cincinnati, driving a 1998 Mercury.
Trooper Chad Mills investigated an accident at 4:36 p.m. April 21 on Broadway. The drivers involved were Paula Darlington, 44, of Williamstown, driving a 1998 Dodge and Crystal Ruble, 18, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1992 Mitsubishi.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 12:53 p.m. April 22 on S. Main Street. The drivers involved were Leticia Lemus, unknown age, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2003 Dodge and Mary Janeway, 74, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2001 Chevrolet.
Kentucky State Police charged Steven D. Hughes, of Demossville, with careless driving, no insurance and driving under the influence first aggravated at 5:25 a.m. April 22 on U.S. 27. Hughes was turned over to Pendleton County transport.
Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 3:19 p.m. April 23 on Dixie Highway. The driver involved was Roger Wagoner, 50, of Williamstown, driving a 2000 Mazda.
Officer Ron Perkins investigated an accident at 7:15 p.m. on S. Main Street. The drivers involved were Thelma S. Scott, 46, of Owenton, driving 1997 Chevrolet and Jamie R. Marsh-Spalding, 27, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2006 Ford.

Williamstown Police
Asst. Chief Chris Hankins executed a warrant for Eric S. Ligon, 27, of Dry Ridge, for failure to appear at court, at 11:15 a.m. April 21 on McCoy Road. Ligon was also served with a Boone County warrant for failure to appear and two Gallatin County warrants for probation violation.
