Dry Ridge

Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 2:15 p.m. on April 6 on Ferguson Boulevard in Dry Ridge. The driver involved was Evan Kennedy, 79, of Williamstown driving a 2005 Toyota that struck a parked 1999 Chevrolet owned by Tommy R. Leffler.

Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 11:31 a.m. on April 14 on Ferguson Boulevard in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were Rosemary F. Harp, 61, of Crittenden driving a 2001 Ford and Deborah V. Bumgardner, 44, of Dry Ridge driving a 1990 Cadillac.

 

Grant County Sheriff's Office

Deputy Terry Osborne investigated an accident at 2:22 p.m. on April 4 on Lemon Northcutt Road in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were Roy Wynn, 64, of Dry Ridge driving a John Deere Gator and Nancy M. Jones, 63, of Dry Ridge driving a 2006 Pontiac.

Deputy Brian Maines investigated an accident at 3:07 p.m. on April 4 on Dixie Highway in Dry Ridge. The driver involved was Garnett Richardson, 58, of Williamstown driving a 1998 Toyota that struck a 1992 Chevrolet owned by Richard O. Ipock and a 1994 International owned by Jeffrey D. Hodge.

Capt. Gary Humphrey investigated an accident at 1:20 p.m. on April 9 on Vincent Boulevard in Crittenden. The driver involved was Carol A. Cleveland, 45, of Crittenden driving a 1998 Chevrolet that struck a parked 1994 Chevrolet owned by Loretta Wilham.

The sheriff’s office investigated an accident at 4:29 p.m. on April 12 on Blackburn Drive in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were Brandin W. Smith, 18, of Crittenden driving a 2000 Ford and Nancy C. King, 48, of Corinth driving a 1998 Chevrolet.

The sheriff’s office investigated an accident at 4:45 p.m. on April 13 on Interstate 75 in Williamstown. The drivers involved were David W. Richey, 53, of Corinth driving a 1999 General Motors and Brian J. Pastotnik, 24, of Manton, Mich. driving a 2009 Ford.

Deputy Andy Reeves investigated an accident at 7:47 a.m. on April 14 on Sherman Newton Road in Sherman. The driver involved was a juvenile, 16, of Crittenden driving a 1991 Ford that struck a fence.

Deputy Lee Jacobs executed a warrant for Amanda L. McIntosh, 21, of Dry Ridge at 8:02 p.m. on April 14. McIntosh was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Mike Garvey investigated an accident at 7:45 a.m. on April 16 on Warsaw Road in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were a juvenile, 15, of Dry Ridge driving a 1993 Geo Tracker and Marshall E. Beach, 65, of Dry Ridge driving a 1964 Ford.

Deputy Lee Jacobs charged Paul A. Cramer, 43, of Dry Ridge with driving under the influence at 8:14 p.m. on April 17. Cramer was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Lee Jacobs charged Tina M. Mingie, 39, of Crittenden with assault in the fourth degree and disorderly conduct at 1:21 a.m. on April 18. Mingie was lodge at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Lee Jacobs charged Richard Jackson, 47, of Crittenden with criminal trespass at 3:17 a.m. on April 18. Jackson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center. 

The sheriff’s office served 82 summons/subpoenas, spent 23 hours serving in court, served one emergency protective order served, investigated three accidents involving an out-of-county residents, made one arrest or executed warrant involving an out-of-county resident and traveled 274 miles transporting prisoners.

 

Kentucky State Police

State police charged Rae Goehring, 24, of Crittenden with assault in the fourth degree, minor injury and criminal trespass in the third degree at 3:01 a.m. on April 14.

Trooper Douglas Carter investigated an accident at 11:52 a.m. on April 14 on Dixie Highway in Dry Ridge. The driver involved was Brett Turley, 19, of Crittenden driving a 1995 Oldsmobile. 

State police executed a warrant for Kimberly Goodrich, of Corinth at 12:35 p.m. on April 15.

State police charged Joseph Jenkins, 52, of Corinth with one headlight, no registration plate, no registration receipt, improper display of registration plate and possession of alcohol in vehicle at 11:01 p.m. on April 17.

Trooper John Hawkins investigated an accident at 7 p.m. on April 16. The driver involved was Charles Grimes, Jr., 39, of Berry driving a 1998 Chevrolet.

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 10:28 a.m. on April 18 on Barley Circle. The drivers involved are Lora Mason, 34, of Crittenden driving a 1997 Chevy and George Otten, 29, of Crittenden driving a 2002 Chevrolet. 

Trooper Delzie Kelly investigated an accident at 3:22 p.m. on April 18 on B.C. Cotton Drive. The drivers involved were unknown and Cody Kinmon, 18, of Dry Ridge driving a 2008 Mazda.

Trooper Delzie Kelly investigated an accident at 5:35 p.m. on April 18 on Dixie Highway in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were Eric Gulley, 21, of Crittenden driving a 1999 Chevrolet and Krystal Rodgers, 23 of Dry Ridge driving a 2002 Chevrolet.

State police executed a warrant for Christopher T. Harrison, 29, of Williamstown at 10 p.m. on April 18.

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 12:25 p.m. on April 19 on Broadway in Dry Ridge. The drivers involved were Micah Zuhars, 19, of Dry Ridge driving a 1995 Chevrolet and Laura Hornsby, 26, of Crittenden driving a 2000 Dodge.

 

Williamstown

Sgt. Brian Bowling investigated an accident at 2:03 p.m. on April 19 on Knoxville Road in Dry Ridge. The driver involved was Clint Glass, 24, of Williamstown driving a 1995 Toyota. 

Asst. Chief Chris Hankins executed a warrant for Lloyd A. Maxwell, 20, of Williamstown at 1:48 p.m. on April 13. Maxwell was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Officer Ron Perkins executed a warrant for Jeremiah J. Rose, 29, of Corinth at 4:14 p.m. on April 13. Rose was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Asst. Chief Chris Hankins investigated an accident at 6:50 p.m. on April 16 on Kentucky 489. The driver involved was Diane O. West, 57, of Williamstown driving a 2004 Hyundai that struck a deer.

Officer David Osborne charged Santiago Zavala, 24, of Dry Ridge with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence at 3:44 a.m. on April 19. Zavala was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
