Chief Rick Kells charged David Inabnit, Jr., 18, of Crittenden with theft by unlawful taking at 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 26. Inabnit was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Chief Rick Kells charged David McLane, 36, with criminal trespass and fleeing or evading at 3:52 p.m. on Jan. 26. McLane was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.
