Dry Ridge

Chief Rick Kells investigated an accident at 9:52 a.m. Feb. 18 on Broadway Street. The drivers involved were Robert B. Keesling, 51, of Lancaster, driving a 2005 Peterbilt and Sheliah M. Cull, 38, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2002 Hyundai.

Grant County Sheriff's Office

Deputy Brian Maines executed a warrant for Elizabeth K. Ashcraft, 28, of Dry Ridge, for non payment of fines at 6:41 p.m. Feb. 15 on Lemon Northcutt Road. Ashcraft was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Mike Wright charged Cecil R. Nickell, 42, of Dry Ridge, with failure to notify change of address at 10:56 p.m. Feb. 15 on North Main Street, Dry Ridge. Nickell was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Lee Jacobs charged Kevin E. Staples, 38, of Crittenden, with three counts of fourth degree assault, first degree criminal mischief, two counts of terroristic threatening and torture of a dog at 3:15 p.m. Feb. 16 on Barley Circle. Staples was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Lee Jacobs executed a warrant for Billy B. Jump, 26, of Clermont County, Ohio, non support at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 17 in Williamstown. Jump was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Lee Jacobs charged Jarrod Michael, 32, of Corinth, with probation violation at 3 p.m. Feb. 17 in Williamstown. Michael was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Mike Wright charged Patricia A. List, 49, of Crittenden, with alcohol intoxication in a public place at 3:49 a.m. Feb. 18 on Menefee Road. List was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Scott Conrad charged Joshua T. Roberts, 20, of Dry Ridge, with second degree burglary at 4:10 p.m. Feb. 19 on Barnes Road. Roberts was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Lee Jacobs investigated an accident at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 11 on Warsaw Road. The driver involved was Thomas W. Burrows, 24, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1994 Ford and a parked 1997 Pontiac owned by Joshua Evens of Dry Ridge.

Deputy Lee Jacobs investigated an accident at 12:30 p.m. Feb. 11 on Barnes Road. The drivers involved were Katherine A. Spaulding, 23, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1999 Mitsubishi and Joshua D. Saylor, 21, of Williamstown, driving a 2008 Toyota.

Sgt. Terry Osborne investigated an accident at 5:48 a.m. Feb. 16 on Warsaw Road. The drivers involved were Rosemary W. Crittenden, 44, of Jonesville, and Kevin A. Brewer, 41, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2005 Lincoln.

Deputy Bobby Webb investigated an accident at 12:03 p.m. Feb. 16 on Case Lane. The drivers involved were Leroy Jones, 65, of Corinth, driving a 1998 Chevrolet and Robert C. Lunsford, 43, of Crittenden, driving a 2002 Chevrolet.

Deputy Scott Conrad investigated an accident at 7:20 p.m. Feb. 16 on Brentwood Drive. A parked 1997 Chevrolet, owned by Todd Gordon of Dry Ridge, was hit by Justin R. Simpson, 21, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2008 Hyundai.

Deputy Scott Conrad investigated an accident at 1:59 p.m. Feb. 17 on Taft Highway. The drivers involved were Daniel W. Asher, 45, of Owenton, driving a 2005 Jeep and Steven D. Newton, 43, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2006 Chrysler.

The sheriff’s office served 48 summons/subpoenas, served seven hours in court, served one emergency protective order, investigated three accidents involving out of county residents, executed four arrests/warrants for out of county residents and traveled 472 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police

Trooper Tim Vinal investigated an accident at 3:29 p.m. Feb. 10 on Dixie Highway. The driver involved was Briana Kidwell, 18, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2000 Chevrolet.

Trooper Rick Saint Blancard investigated an accident at 9:06 a.m. Feb. 11 on Dixie Highway. The drivers involved were an unknown driver, driving a 1997 Mitsubishi and William Massie, 59, of Crittenden, driving a 1989 Chevrolet.

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Jeremy Frizzell, 18, of Glencoe, at 2:32 p.m. Feb. 11 on I-75. Frizzell was lodged at the Boone County Detention Center.

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Leo Faust, 19, of Crittenden, at 11:17 p.m. Feb. 11 on Kyley Lane.

Kentucky State Police charged Warren Lambert, 36, of Williamstown, with wanton endangerment at 2:21 p.m. Feb. 12 on Helton Heights.

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 9:46 a.m. Feb. 12 on Dixie Highway. The drivers involved were Ashley Schumacher, 21, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1998 Chevrolet and Alvin Wallace, 44, of Butler, driving a 1995 Toyota.

Trooper Tim Vinal investigated an accident at 2:52 p.m. Feb. 12 on Taylor Drive. The drivers involved were Samuel Parisaca, 31, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1998 Toyota and Vickie Bell, 46, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2005 Chevrolet.

Trooper Mark Grisik investigated an accident at 9:25 a.m. on Ky. 22. The drivers involved were David Cavins, 47, of Dry Ridge, and Victoria Hughes, 45, of Butler, driving a 1989 Chevrolet.

Trooper Jason Joseph investigated an accident at 12:48 p.m. Feb. 13 on Ky. 36. The driver involved was Terry Webster, 57, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1994 Toyota.

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for John S. Thomas, 41, of Williamstown, at 10:51 p.m. Feb. 15 on Jillian Drive. Thomas was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Trooper Eric Bowman investigated an accident at 7:30 a.m. Feb. 15 on Violet Road. The drivers involved were Charles McNay, 48, of Dry Ridge driving a 2004 Chrysler and William Clem, 38, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2000 Honda.

Kentucky State Police charged Douglas Girdler, 41, of Dry Ridge, with careless driving, failure to wear a belt and first offense driving under the influence at 7:21 p.m. Feb. 17 on North Main Street.

Trooper Chad Mills investigated an accident at 6:23 p.m. Feb. 17 on Lincoln Ridge Road. The drivers involved were Ella Campbell, 58, of Williamstown and Tammi Butler, 39, of Williamstown driving a 2007 Honda.

Kentucky State Police charged Chuck Holt, 38, of Dry Ridge, with fourth degree assault with minor injury at 7:39 p.m. Feb. 19 on Spillman Drive.

Kentucky State Police charged Charles Carroll, 20, of DeMossville, with failure to wear a belt, operating on suspended license, no insurance and an expired license plate at 4:44 p.m. Feb. 20 on Broadway Street.

Sgt. Jamon Childers investigated an accident at 1:33 a.m. Feb. 20 in Pendleton County. The driver involved was Joshua Whitton, 25, of Williamstown, driving a 2005 Ford.

Williamstown

Officer David Osborne investigated an accident at 3:36 p.m. Feb. 19 on Dixie Highway. The drivers involved were Jennifer J. Wesley, 38, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2000 Ford and Michelle R. Mann, 37, of Corinth, driving a 2005 Toyota.

Officer Brian Flanagan charged Shawn D. Fernending, 33, of Dry Ridge, with fourth degree assault at 10:54 p.m. Feb. 20 on Warsaw Road. Fernending was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Officer David Osborne charged Venus F. Moore, 46, of Falmouth, with no seat belt and too many passengers at 4:17 p.m. Feb. 21 on South Main Street.
